Thanks for responding to my review and you say you didnt send me to collections, well whats the difference in that and what you did do? The outcome was the same, my credit is now ruined for 7 - 10 years and yes it did effect my credit I have proof if you care to see it. Also if you try to call this company they don't answer the phone, so good luck when you get in a bind and actually need to talk to them.
I had my loan for about a year and made every payment on time for several months then went through some troubling times and couldn't make a payment. I stayed in contact with them and had planned to pay my debt off once taxes came in, they were ok with that. Next thing I know my credit drops 300 points for missed payment and it was because they sent me into collections. I received my tax money and paid the entire balance off with proof, a few days later my credit report states payment is up to date and shows remaining balance of what I had just paid off. Originally a $2500 loan with a payout of over $4000 I did the right thing and now have to fight with the credit bureau to have IT removed. This needs to be fixed NOW.

Hi Jacob, Thanks for letting us know. Your credit report will be updated by the beginning of next month. You paid off your loan on March 3rd and we only report to the credit bureaus once a month at the end of the month. At the beginning of April is when you will see that change on your credit. Your loan was also never sent to charge off, but it was reported as past due, because your last payment to us was in Oct of 2022. We did respect your wishes not to send it to charge off or collections even though it was over 3 months past due. We hope this answers your questions. We did not send your account to collections or report it as a charge off, but we did report it as past due. That will still have a negative effect on your credit. It looks like a little red dot on your credit. So you will have a red dot on your credit for Dec 2022, Jan 2023, and Feb 2023. However because you paid it off in March, when we report at the end of March it will go from Red to Green, showing the account as paid off. This will also update your credit and look good. Credit is based off your monthly performance so it may not jump up 300 points, because not paying for 3 months is considered risky behavior.
If we had sent you to collections, a different company would be calling you 3x a day trying to collect money on the account. This is not what we did. In April you will see your credit report improve.
As far as getting ahold of someone at 60monthloans, Inc. The trick is to call 844-707-7300 and press 7 and then 1. Also leaving a voicemail will get you a call back. You can also email us at myloan@60monthloans.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

Money was really tight
Money was really tight. I just had bought a home and moving expenses were high. Thank goodness 60monthloans came to my aid! Plus they don't do hard pulls on your credit, which is a plus! I highly recommend!

They asked me to send statement because…
They asked me to send statement because the deposit in my bank shows Raiser instead of UBER. I explained to them that Raiser is indeed uber. I sent them my statement that clearly shows uber via their email . Instead they sent me the same email gain. Apparently Liz is not looking at the emails when they ask for more backups. i sent the back ups like twice to no avail and you can't even get a person on the phone.this company should be called nightmare loan

Friendly and understanding
After several months of repayment I encountered a bad month and had to miss a payment… 60 months treated me with respect and understanding, helping me get back on track without retribution. Wish everyone would be so understanding.

bad experiences with this company.my credit score is 622 I have a full time job and make pretty good income. I was in need of quick money asap and I heard of this 60monthloan sounds. so good to me. They claim that they don't approve you based on your credit score, that they are based on your income to repay the loan. I decide to apply to see the rates and my qualification. surpriselly I got disqualified turned down I didn't get Aproved for none of their loan, like I have no credit story or no job to repay the loan back.that shocked. after got denied I tried to login and I couldn't login and tried to reset the password but no code was sent to me. no letter to know why I got denied at all. I don't recommend this company and I hope I don't see any hard enquiries on my credit report.look somewhere else don't waste your time.

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry that you were denied from 60monthloans, Inc. Usually if you cannot login to your account and are denied right away that means that you are from a state that we are not licensed in. In which case we would not be able to lend to you regardless of your credit. Luckily with a 60monthloans application there is no hard inquiry to your credit only a soft inquiry, which if you are from a state we are not licensed in would not happen either.

60 month loan was there when I needed them, but the interest rate is very high and if it had not been for the Lord blessing me and my husband to pay the loan off early we would of paid back almost triple the amount we borrowed. I really appreciate the loan when needed but mostly I thank God for saving us from paying all that interest!!!!!
