Couldn’t use my voucher (as premises temporarily closed). Given complete run around on what’s app. Would never use again.
Order No 51478365 purchased 30th March - you sold voucher for afternoon tea at Central Hotel which was closed between 8th March-1st June due to Union St fire. Should have been withdrawn on your site or expiry extended. Tried numerous times to switch to another venue or get a credit via your Whats App to no avail. Someone from customer service team always looking into it - promising reply within 24-48 hours which never materialised.
