Check your size …
The ordering process was straightforward, I was kept updated on delivery times. I was disappointed as the fleece I ordered was a medium and it was too big, I had to return the fleece and because I live in Northern Ireland I had to pay postage which worked out a rather expensive purchase as I had already paid postage to receive the fleece. The fleece was a lovely colour and good quality, I am between a 12/14 depending on the make and this product I needed a small , in total I am out nearly £25 between ordering, returning and reordering the smaller size.

The fact that my order was completed…
The fact that my order was completed and confirmed with a delivery date only to be told three weeks later my order couldn't be filled due to the volume of orders is unacceptable.
Not only that I had to contact the company requesting an update on my order to be told they would proceed wirh a refund.
This is a shocking way to conduct business.

Very disappointed with the quality
Very disappointed with the quality of my latest purchase - a Lennox ( Cloud )
The quality is really synthetic and cheap, not at all like 4th Arq was in the past - which was great.
Think 4th Arq is now trading on their previous reputation but the product has really detiorated. I have had to return my recent purchase and 4 weeks ago returned a Phoenix - again quality horrible and it’s an expensive business shopping an retuning items with this company as 4.95 € to deliver and again to return - so 10€ for absolutely nothing.
I’ve purchase several a few years ago but now I’m DONE
