broken bong but the sent new one
got a calvo bong that arrived broken, send them the email and in no time thet sent another brand new bong without me had to do nothing else, very fast and effective, 100% recomended.

Never delivered the product
Never delivered the product, after multiple attempts reaching to customer service they just ignored my requests and never responded. Worst service, the product is still shown available on their page.

We are sorry for the delayed order and to learn that you already left the country as you were only there for a short period. The order did arrive but with an unfortunate delay caused by the customs of the destined country.

I placed an order of 125 euro. But i got a 404 error after payment. Only an email from VivaWallet and none from 420vaporizers.eu
Ive send you whatsapp text with images and confirmation. Please fix this.

I got in contact through whatsapp with the costumer service and it seems they are just starting up. They returned the initial amount because the product was not in stock. Just placed a new order and i am waiting for it to arrive.
