Reliable shop, good service! Got my purchase successfully.

I purchased the TEVO Litter Monster. I really like the physical design and materials. The first few prints worked very well then problems started. I now have to calibrate each time I turn it on and I need to set the PLA temperature 30 degrees hotter that normal to get a good print. I changed the thermister but it did not help.Still waiting for help.

Great service, fast delivery.

Swing and a miss. Customer service tried to get me stl's for the all metal flsun. But failed miserably. Flsun requested pictures of their own x and y carrages which i sent last night. Then they turn around on here today and ask for pictures again of their own product. My response is ok i sent pics but bigger question is why do they not know what their own parts for 1 of 4 printers they produce looks like. I mean i get it, some companies produce multiple products but they should be able to look up my model and pull up a parts list and easily find x and y carrages. Or better yet pull up stl files for all parts to the model and email them to me. Considering most companies now include those files on sd card with set up info.
And dont take this review wrong it is a great printer i just need stl files so i can print original sized parts for backup purposes. Lets face it 3mm acrylic isnt the strongest and it will eventually break.
Well eventually they did offer to send out the parts to me. Not the stl's that i could print cause they no longer have the stl's. But a very fair comprimise to the lack of the files considering im just wanting them as backup parts.

Great online store would buy through them again

Very fast and helpfull. Us customs was not very nice, scratched bed when they didnt put back in the tevo box, but in the shippers box that did not have foam. And got a little banged up.

I received very little communication regarding the order status from the site, but the printer arrived within a week of ordering. Cheap express delivery, well packaged printer.
Can recommend this site.

Excellent 3D Printer purchase

I just bought my second 3D Printer order from 3dprintersonlinestore.com. This time i ordered ender 2 mini. My order went smooth with them. They said lead time is 7 business days. i surprised that i received the item in 4 business days to my door step via UPS. You will get replies in an hour where most of the companies takes ages to respond. Personally i recommend this store to my friends, families, colleagues and of course to you too.

I should read Scott review before I made an order on 3dprintersonlinestore. This is worst internet purchase in many years.

On 4/3/18 I try to purchase Geeetech Prusa i3 X .
First bad sign was that I cannot pay with guest PayPal account. Not a huge problem and I was able to solve this inconvenience.
Couple hours later, I decided that I may need a better printer. And try to cancel this order to purchase a different printer. Since printer was not shipped (probably not even processed) yet, so I was thinking it would not be a big deal.
Unfortunately, I was wrong. After sending auto-email that my cancelation request had been received they forwarded me to Geeetech sales representative, who started explaining how good this printer is and how good their warranty.
I sent cancelation request again to 3dprintersonlinestore, this time they did not answer anything. I called them, but there was no live person – only answering machine. I left a voice message without any response.
I decided to post a review here. As soon as I posted review, I received email from Steve, and he promised to refund me money in couple days. But instead of refunding money they shipped printer expedited.
Received package was damaged and multiple parts were broken, so I sent email asking for refund. For some reasons they denied to issue refund.
I am tired from dealing with 3dprintersonlinestore and Geeetech, so I ended up filing CC chargeback. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
Stay away from this website. There are many other legitimate online store, who provides support.

Update: Geeetech was almost ready to issue a refund for broken printer, but Steve from 3dprintersonlinetore convinced then to cancel refund. Here is a quote from email: "Hello Victory, Please do not process refund until customer deletes review about us in trustpilot.

Great shop to deal with 3D printers and supplies

I would like to start off this review by giving many thanks to Steve at 3dprintersonlinestore.com and Kelly in sales at Wanhao. I ordered the D9 in early March . After a week of not shipping I contacted Steve, who let me know that the printer would ship in the next few days. It did not ship because of retrofitting going with the D9 at Wanhao. I contacted Steve and asked him because of the delay could I please be shipped one of the newly retrofitted D9's. Steve forwarded the information on to Kelly . Kelly got back to me and gave me a tracking number. In less than a week, I was opening my new retrofitted D9. I got to tell you the set up is easy. You will be printing your first print in an hour. The D9 is a really well built. I like the sleekness of it. The quality of the prints are excellent.. One thing I can tell you for sure is that when I buy my next 3d printer it will come from Steve at 3dprintersonlinestore.com!

Purchased a Tevo Tornado from 3dprintersonlinestore on 3/7/2018 that was advertised on 3dprintersonlinestore.com as shipped in 4-5 days later. 11 days later and several emails and responses full of excuses and no tracking number I have no printer. I filed a claim with PayPalafter the 10th day with no tracking number over the payment and won the claim in just over a day. The quick claim win shows you that Paypal even knows of problems with this company. Stay far away and buy from a reputable and reliable source and NOT 3dprintersonlinestore.com

As for the seller's response, if you cannot guarantee an item be shipped in 4-5 days, DO NOT PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. Nowhere on the website does it state that this timeframe is a loose estimation nor does it state "Estimated Lead Time" or that it may be incorrect. I waited 10 days from the day of purchase before filing the PayPal claim. That is twice the time of their "estimation". To say you do not deserve this review as it was not your mistake is disgusting. You are the one that took my order, you are the one that answered my emails and therefore it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that this transaction progress the way it is advertised. But yet to try to pawn the blame off on another company liem Tevo when it is YOUR fault. I was told over and over again that I will have a tracking number in a day or two. After 5 days of that I just gave up as I was tired of being lied to. I am quite happy that the printer never shipped now as I will NEVER purchase purchase anything from 3dprintersonlinestore.com again and I will make sure that everyone in Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and my YouTube channel know about this horrendous transaction and your blatant misrepresentation.

EDIT: I find it funny that the seller now provides tracking for the item that was given to FedEx just yesterday, 6 days after the refund was provided by PayPal. That is also 16 days from the day I ordered it on their website when they advertised 4-5 days lead time. Then they state that it should have arrived here by 3/21 - how is that when it wasn't given to FedEx until 3/23??!! They keep spinning the lies and I keep calling them out on them. I'm happy I bought my newest printer off Amazon instead of these jokers, at least I know I will get it on time.
