I strongly advise everyone to avoid 31bet. Based on my experience, this platform appears to be fraudulent.

After depositing money, everything seems normal at first. However, when you try to withdraw your funds, you may face delays, excuses, or even have your account blocked entirely.

In short: deposits go through easily, but withdrawals are not honoured.

Please be careful and do your research before using this site. Do not risk your money on platforms like this.

I attempted to self-exclude from 31Bets on 3 November 2025 due to gambling addiction. Their live chat system failed repeatedly — it would not connect to an agent at all. I immediately emailed their support team requesting urgent self-exclusion, and I have proof the message was sent.

Despite this, my account remained fully open for nearly a month, and I continued to gamble on their platform until 30 November 2025, causing significant financial harm. This only happened because 31Bets did not act on my explicit request to self-exclude.

The lack of functioning support channels, the failure to process a self-exclusion request, and the complete absence of timely communication raise serious concerns about their compliance and customer safety standards.

Deposited another £20. Nothing in balance - in dispute for several days, speaking with bots following a script who apparently investigated the issue and found no wrongdoing.

I have solid proof the funds left my account.

So to further strengthen my case - I decided to deposit another £10, just a minimal amount and guess what - no balance whatsoever. And yep you guessed correctly the £10 successfully came out of my account.

And you will never guess what the bots had to say - check back in an hour and if nothing showing we will open an investigation.

I deposited £150 GBP on 09/11/2025. Since that date I have not been able to access my account, I entered my email on the 'reset password' but no email comes through to my email.
I've been onto live chat every day, I've emailled support every day and still they can't sort it. I feel repeatedly gaslit by colleagues who for the nth time keep asking me to describe the issue time and time again and send screenshots time and time again. I'm still waiting for my money back and I've raised complaints too and I STILL can't get into my account, even I've asked for a refund and still they won't tell me whether they will action my request, since the fund are not used.
This is an absolutely incompetent company, they aren't licensed to operate in the UK. I'll be going to my bank and to VISA to get my money back as they are facilitating transaction laundering.
