SCAM , DON’T USE . I deposited over a week ago by bank transfer and they’ve put no money in my account or returned it. Every time you go on chat they just write the same thing “we have put this forward to the right team be patient” load of rubbish don’t reply to emails also.

After 3 attempts, finally managed to close my account forever , very happy ! Stay away from this site , u can't widraw till the first widrawal doesn't say - SUCCESS! Meaning , u can't make 2 widrawals , and u will have to wait 24 hours to get your money if u lucky .

Very disappointing experience.
I haven’t been able to access my account for almost a month now. Every time I contact support, I just get the same vague explanation that it’s a “technical issue.” Hard to believe that in 2025 a betting platform would genuinely leave customers locked out for weeks because of a supposed tech problem.

Since I can’t log in, withdrawing my funds is obviously impossible as well. The whole situation feels extremely shady, and at this point it comes across like a massive scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Ho chiesto di chiudere il conto e trasferire i miei soldi sul mio conto corrente ma mi rispondono che devo farlo io che sono impossibilitato ad accedere al conto per questo presunto problema tecnico. Mi sa proprio di truffa! Da denunciare assolutamente

Da più di un mese non si riesce a loggarsi al sito.
Posso dire addio al saldo sul conto gioco.

Ricevo risposta via mail e mi ripetono per l'ennesima volta del "problema tecnico", senza però fornire alcuna soluzione per prelevare il saldo

Bonjour après avoir gagné un petit montant j ai fait le test de vouloir retirer a se moment là on me dit qu'il faut faire une vidéo de moi avec ma carte d'identité ect alors que mon profil a bien été validée j exprimé du coup mon incompréhension a un agent a la suite de sa il mon bloquée mon compte en disant que j'avais violé je ne sais quel loi se sont tout simplement des voleurs j en resterais pas la . Je suis influenceuse dans le domaine des pronos depuis un nombre d année j'ai jamais vue sa nul part ailleurs. A fuir

Im honestly confused with the low reviews here. I used a promo code free bet and managed to win £100 which they paid me in less then 12 hours verification took 30 minutes what really is there to complain about 😭 I’m gonna be honest I hadn’t had the best situation coming across casinos in the past. Frustrating experience – very slow support and verification

I had to go through the verification and multiple times, which was already frustrating. Each time, it took several days to get a response. Both live chat and email support were extremely slow and unhelpful. Easily the worst experience I've had with an MGA-licensed casino.

Opened account.
Deposited £100, won first bet (£120)
Suddenly my IP is blocked from betting.
Told to contact live chat ( you can’t as IP is blocked )
Email them, they say clear history and try a different device/browser.
I’ve tried 2 phones, 4 browsers on each, 2 wifis. None of it works the scammers have just blocked me straight away.

Customer service is useless take hours to reply and then give you the same rubbish info. £100 gone but probably thousands saved.

Deposited some money and then my IP got blocked through cloudfare.

I reached out and they keep stating the email I am messaging off, arent correct and they wont help.
I then offer the username and they still say it is wrong.

I then offer them the cloudfare code to unblock and allow access. Still blocked

I deposited my money to try out this site. I chose 200% crypto bonus, so I had to do a 3500usd wager to be able to withdraw. I did a withdrawal and they wanted KYC from me, so I did my KYC and requested withdrawal again and after a 3 days of waiting I got rejected and they took my money, because I violated something. They are not able to tell me what is it so they just simply stole my money out of my account, they left me my deposit, but its so small, that I cant even withdraw it, because its less than minimum. Dont play on this site, because If you will be soo lucky to win something, they will scam the shit out of you.

L'assistenza ti risponde solo in inglese vogliono video documenti di identità ma non risolvono nulla la chat live peggio di peggio devi essere fortunato per beccare uno che scrive in italiano ma alla fine non risolve nulla. Contattati via mail quasi tutti i giorni rispondono sempre cortesemente, scrivendo che devo avere pazienza e che stanno facendo delle indagini, ma nessuna risposta definitiva ed esaustiva.
Esperienza pessima con la speranza di non rimetterci il denaro vinto da scommesse sportive. Con il mio avvocato stiamo valutando di segnalare il caso all'autorità di vigilanza MFSA e se non bastasse di denunciarli.
