Excellent customer service as always
Lovely holiday accommodation through 2cholidays. Had a slight issue with boiler, probably because it's the start of the season, called 2c holidays, excellent service from Luke who resolved the issue within half an hour. I cannot fault the service I always receive from 2cholidays, immediately responsive and always so helpful. I would always recommend them for self catering breaks. Most beautiful holiday home EVER
I have stayed in many chalets, holiday homes over the years but this one was the best ever. It was perfect , spacious, clean and was better than a home from home. It had everything you could possibly hope for including full size built in dishwasher and washing machine, full enclosed decking area and the kitchen and bathrooms were amazing

I have booked several holidays/mini breaks with 2cHolidays as they offer a great range of accommodation at very reasonable prices. The option to go any day of the week and for short breaks (2 nights) offers great flexibility and their discount and loyalty schemes are a bonus!

California Cliffs
California Cliffs, Great Yarmouth. Nice caravan, clean and well maintained.Had everything we could need for a short break. Advertised as 6 berth but it would be very cramped if full., ideal for the 2 of us and our small dog. Close to the beach, nice pub just down the road. As it was February the rest of the park was closed and opens in March. The park looks clean and tidy but parking could be a nightmare as you can’t park on the grass by the caravan and there are very few parking areas. We were lucky that the pitch next to our caravan was vacant so we parked on the caravans hard standing.

The staff at 2c were exceptionally…
The staff at 2c were exceptionally helpful with a few issues we encountered. So friendly and accessible. The caravan we stayed in however was very dirty. The lounge area carpet was covered in thick black dog hair mud stains on sofa and cushions. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean however. Fantastic location and amenities. Would definitely use the company again but would suggest thorough inspection of cleanliness

We’ve used 2C holidays on a few occasions. We book through Airbnb.
Their accommodation ads are always accurate, the accommodation has always been great- very clean, equipped with everything you’ll need (minus duvet covers and towels which you provide yourself).
Communication is also very good.
Absolutely perfect and will always be my go to company to book through as I know what I’m getting.

Complete lack of sympathy following my husbands death
I telephoned to cancel my holiday due to the very sudden death of my husband. I was obviously very upset and distressed but I wanted to cancel it to give them plenty (5 months) of time to be able to book the caravan out to someone else. I was told by the operator that I ‘would forfit any monies already paid and so no refunds would be given ’. I found this to be cold hearted and uncaring as I had just told them that my husband had died. I didn’t telephone them for this reason, I just wanted to give them the chance to advertise the caravan as available for those dates once again. I have been left extremely upset by the way I have been treated and the complete lack of care from 2c holidays is disgusting. We had booked many holidays with them before and so I would have liked to think that we were valuable customers. Obviously not, as all they were concerned about was telling me that I would not get a refund, due to my cancellation. I have also had to cancel another holiday with another operator (Newmans holidays) and their reaction was completely different. They instantly said that I would be refunded my money and the fact that they took the time to email me later to send their heartfelt condolences was amazing. Well done Newmans holidays, you are amazing. It’s just a shame that 2c holidays are cold hearted and unfriendly. In these circumstances I would have expected more from 2c holidays. I will not be booking with these again. What a complete disappointed in my time of sorrow.

I was deeply concerned to read your review, and I am truly sorry for the loss of your husband. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during what must be an incredibly difficult time.
My colleague was very upset to learn that anything said during your call may have caused you additional distress. We take customer care very seriously, and I have personally reviewed the audio of your call, and while I can only imagine how hard that conversation must have been for you, it did not reflect the depth of the pain you were no doubt feeling. Had this been the case, your call would have been escalated immediately to me or one of the other managers.
We understand that grief affects people in different ways, and we recognise how overwhelming practical matters can feel at such a time. Our approach in these situations is to be kind, respectful, and caring, while remaining neutral, with the intention of allowing guests to complete what they need to do in a single call, as we know each contact can be a painful reminder of loss.
Condolences were shared during your initial call, and I am genuinely sorry if you felt we were not sympathetic to your loss, or if this experience left you feeling upset, which we will reflect on.

Have used 2c holidays for almost 6…
Have used 2c holidays for almost 6 years. I book between 10 and 15 caravans a year. I have never had an issue they didn't resolve quickly. I've had shower leaks, wrong passcode on caravan, no heating and i damaged a tv. I will continue to use and have one booked for week after next!
