Customer Service is Excellent!
My experience with 25home has been excellent. Prompt replies to emails and consistent communication during the shipping process was impressive. However, the delivery of my sandwich couch took way more time than I expected. One reason I ordered the couch was the promise of "ships within 3 days" on the website. I waited a long time for the couch, but it arrived just as pictured and described. I love the color and the feel of the leather. It is well made and beautiful. It is definitely a couch made for lounging, with deep seats and very soft cushions. Because it is very low, I requested some 3 inch legs and they arrived quickly.
I have low back problems and the cushions are soft, providing little support where I need it, so I am considering purchasing a set of the firm cushions to customize it. My communication with the representatives about this has been thorough and top-notch. I would caution anyone buying the couch to keep all the original packaging in case you are considering a return. It is always a risk when you buy a couch you have not actually sat on, this company strives to make the experience positive and easy.

25Home Furniture is Wonderful! We saw the Sandwich Couch-Camel at an AirBnB we stayed at for a month and loved it. Since we had been looking for a couch of our own for a while, we reached out to 25Home. I talked with Tomas and he was super knowledgeable and patient to all my questions. We have 2 kids and a big Labrador dog, so it was important that the couch be easy to clean and tough without having to sacrifice softness and comfort. This Sandwich couch is perfect. Tomas led me through the buying process easily. The couch was delivered as promised and after 3 months of non stop use by our family and the dog, it has not only stayed in perfect condition, but become our coziest, favorite place to hang out together. We also purchased the matching ottoman and love it with the couch as well.
Customer service was great all around. Joanna was very helpful with a phone call and emails to explain how to clean the couch and when our couch was coming and pillows were arriving. The delivery company was very courteous as well.
I would definitely recommend 25Home, their service and their furniture.

The two toned sofa
OMG, just got the sofa delivered. It exceeded my expectations and I love, love, love it. The extra thing that sold me was the beautiful stitching detail on the arms. It’s the little added details that make the design for me. I was afraid it was going to be too low and that’s why I asked for taller legs. I didn’t receive them but I am happy with the legs it came with. Super easy to put together and love the feel of the buttery soft leather. The color is on point and thank you for sending a fabric swatch. I was a little reluctant to order a piece of furniture that I haven’t sat in but have no regrets. The seat cushion is a little firmer than I expected but it is a welcome surprise. The seat depth is great for my tall son in law. And I wanted to use it as an extra sleeping space for which it is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service. You were happy to answer any questions I had and promptly. The delivery was easy also. An easy 5 stars on every front. Thank you Lisa and your company for the quality of your product and the kind service.

I purchased the feather sofa with the Ottomans. It arrived promptly. It was easy to put together and I’m glad we did it. I would do it again. I also ordered the taller legs for the couch.

Nice sectional
I had a great experience with 25home. They are very generous and the polyester sectional that we received looks nice and stylish. 25home responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner before purchasing. I received the sectional very quickly, in less than 3 weeks. The sofa is also free of harmful chemicals that are found in other furnitures, so the sofas did not come with a smell when it arrived. I highly recommend 25Home and would purchase again.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Quick response times to all my emails. Shipping was well coordinated. Communicated delivery updates promptly. Easy to assemble once arrived. Only issue was no instructions explaining that out of 4 holes only three screws needed to be utilized for metal feet.

The online chat was extremely useful in helping me make the decision between fabric types and what would best suit our lifestyle! We love our couch, arm chair and ottoman! I am now a little over a year living…
I am now a little over a year living with the Sandwich sofa and truly it has been a nightmare from the start. Promising delivery in a timeframe they could not keep. No matter the configuration of the cushions it kills my back. I am currently replacing the filling inside the cushions trying to salvage the sofa so my money is not a total waste. Upon removing the filling the soft one is filled with nothing but feathers, which poke through the covers and poke your arms. The foam cushion when I removed it was two pieces of foam glued together….. $2500 dollars for this, I’m so mad at myself, but I’m stuck with it…. I’ll never buy a sofa again that I don’t see in person …
