I don't normally write reviews. mostly about bad things but today was the exception. Sunny at 25home was so incredible I and my wife are just giddy with delight. Abouve and beyond the call of duty Sunny made my day and my wife too. Costumer service, thy name is Sunny. I am so pleased with our purchase!!! Thankyou for restoring my faith in human nature. I have been extremely happy with the 25home customer service team. I ordered the Nappa Leather Upholstered Bed Beige / King size and was anxious about ordering from a company I knew nothing about. While the delivery company was not optimal (they told me they were delivering when they were only six minutes out with no advance notice earlier in the day to ensure I'd be home) and they didn't know how to assemble the bed - my husband had to step in to instruct and supervise - the follow up with 25home was very satisfactory. My emails and concerns were answered within 24 hours by courteous, knowledgeable, and professional representatives. And I love my bed!

I was very skeptical to order from here but they had the exact couch I wanted so I took the chance. The shipping did take about 6 weeks, but anytime I reached out to customer service they were extremely responsive. I’ve had the couch for almost a year and still love it. It’s so comfy and looks exactly like the photos. Only complaint is I wish it came with back cushions so we messaged customer service and they said they could make us back cushions for the couch (for a hefty price) but they’ve been so helpful.

Tomas was very patient in my requests for assistance on both the free item replacement and my mistake in not entering properly the discount code MEMDAY with my order. He was very professional and resolute in solving the problems promptly and with good humor which is so important in customer service.

The couch itself is pretty and looks nice in my space. It’s comfortable enough and the price is okay — not too expensive, but not super cheap either. What really affected my experience, though, was the shipping time. It took almost a month for the couch to arrive, which felt way too long.

Customer service was responsive and polite through email, which I appreciated. However, for the price and the overall experience, I really wish the shipping process was faster. If they can improve that, it would make a big difference.

I bought a sofa set and the sofa is really what i wanted. Especially my kids love to stay on sofa. Delivery was very exact. Moreover, price is reasonable. Thank you so much! And i strongly recommend you to buy it.

This company took $4869 from me for a couch they didn’t have in stock and that needed to be made. The website showed delivery within a week and when I finally contacted them because I hadn’t seen a shipping confirmation they said it would be 4-7 weeks. I asked for a refund, it took 8 emails of me requesting my money back and them trying to give me product I didn’t order instead before they agreed to refund my money. It has now been 13 days and still not refund. I am disputing it with my bank, but this company is unethical and awful! Please do not order from them or let them steal from you. Thank God I have all the emails as proof and my bank is going to refund my money.

Update 5/13/25- after this initial post they finally refunded my money. While I appreciate that me posting on trust pilot finally prompted the return of my money, all of the previous post was factual, I have evidentiary proof, and I want to protect consumers. They have asked me to remove my post since refunding my money, but I feel that would be unethical and a disservice to consumers. Again, after my post the refunded my $4869, but I shouldn’t have had to post in TrustPilot to get my money back.

The couch we bought is very comfy. Their customer service is great. Definitely recommend them to anyone that comes over and sits on our couch.

We just received our sofa from 25home and really love it. Monica was a huge help with a delay we had but so happy we stuck with it and she was just so helpful and on top of everything. It looks so beautiful in our space and just as we had hoped with it being so comfy and modern.

It was a great experience from the time I ordered it to the delivery. Why not give them 5 starts?
Because I was not told that their stock was low and my delivery was so late that I was ready to cancel it. The sofa is beautiful and classy and I totally love it. The quality is very good but they should have told me that delivery would be delayed. Otherwise, 100%, the best sofa I've owned.

My husband and I just moved and were looking for new furniture. We found 25Home online. We decide to purchase 2 couches, a coffee table and a console table that matched. I cannot express how happy we are with all 4 pieces. We also give 5 stars for their customer service. We had a very minor missing piece that connected one couch to another and it was rectified immediately. No hesitation. And in addition for any trouble we may have had (none really), we received a beautiful side table for FREE that fits perfectly with our set. Momo was such a wonderful person to work with. Her responses are super fast and she is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are happy we found this store online. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Beyond the excellent service, I couldn't be happier with the sofa I purchased. It checks all the boxes: it’s super comfortable and, as pet owners, we truly appreciate how practical it is — the covers are machine washable! Just the other day, our pup tracked muddy paw prints onto our (very light-colored) couch, and to my surprise, it all came off perfectly after one wash. Plus, we were excited to find out that there are additional color cover options available for purchase, allowing us to easily change the look and feel of our sofa whenever we want.

We bought a sectional & love it. It’s a beautiful couch. Not only that, 25home’s customer service is top notch. When we wanted to schedule a specific day for the couch to be delivered, they accommodated us. The delivery team was great, quick, and professional as well. We ran into a small mishap when putting the couch together, but when we reached out, the 25home team really went above and beyond to make things right. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They helped me through multiple questions, remained patient and answered everything I threw at them. I looked at soooo many couches and kept coming back to the Pad Air Leather Sofa so I decided to give it a try. So far we are very happy with the purchase. It looks great and fits in perfectly with the other features in our game room. I like that it is very large and provides more available seating than a regular couch. It gives the look of leather without being cold to the touch.

The couch sit too low to the ground. It’s not soft at all it feels like I’m sitting on sandbags. It’s not worth the price I wish I could get my money back.
