problem solved quickly
At first, I accidentally broke my camera and I was honestly very frustrated. I thought I had completely lost it. However, the 24kupi support team really surprised me.
They sent me a replacement Lens and even scheduled a Google video meeting to personally guide me through installing the new lens step by step. The whole process was smooth and professional.
I’m genuinely impressed by how helpful and responsive their support team is. They really saved the situation for me. The product works perfectly now, and I can’t thank them enough.

Amazing support team
I’ll be honest, at first, I was very frustrated after receiving my camera. It wasn’t straightforward to use, and I initially thought something was wrong with the product.
However, after reaching out to their support team, everything changed. They took the time to walk me through the setup, explained how the camera works, and helped me get it fully functional. Once I understood it properly, it worked exactly as expected.
From my experience, the product itself isn’t the issue, it just requires some guidance to use correctly. Customer support was responsive and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate the effort they put into resolving my concerns.
I’m glad I reached out instead of giving up, and I believe the company deserves credit for standing by their customers.

Receive the product
Receive the product! The ultimate Camera Bundle.
At first I was so frustrated that the devices are not working. I contacted the customer support and they offered me a Google meeting. Then the problem was on how I set it up it was wrong. Good thing they are offering meetings. They are very hands on with the customer and they make sure the devices are wroking properly until thje end of the meeting.

I’m Nikola, the founder of 24Kupi.com, and I want to clarify the facts for transparency.
This review includes serious accusations such as “scam” and “they steal your money.” We believe this is misleading and may breach Trustpilot’s guidelines regarding false or harmful allegations, especially because the customer received a full refund and NEVER returned the product!
Here is what actually happened:
-The customer requested a refund.
-Our team responded immediately and offered technical troubleshooting and live video support multiple times.
-The customer refused support and did not provide a clear opportunity for us to resolve the issue.
-We provided a return address and the customer confirmed they would return the product, but it was never returned.
-Despite this, we still issued a full refund on December 19, 2025, without requiring the product to be sent back.
We also attempted to contact the customer repeatedly through multiple channels to resolve this professionally, but received no further response.
After the refund was processed, the customer kept the product and the refund, yet the review remained posted accusing our business of theft/scamming. That does not reflect the final outcome of this transaction, and we find it absurd that such claims can remain published after a confirmed refund, and he never returned the product.
To address the statements in this review directly:
1) “Bunch of scams behind a screen”
This is not accurate. We repeatedly asked the customer to join a quick live video meeting so we could see the issue and help immediately. The customer refused every time and did not allow us the chance to troubleshoot.
2) “Nothing works at all”
All items are tested before shipping. The customer did not provide clear proof of what “nothing works” means and declined technical support. Without allowing troubleshooting, it is impossible to confirm such a statement, and we were never given a fair chance to resolve anything.
3) “Fails advertise / false advertise”
Our product is exactly as described on our website. If the customer believed something was not as expected, we asked for details and offered support, but the customer refused assistance and still continued with serious accusations.
4) “They steal your money and have no explanation to give you a refund”
This is completely false. We issued a full refund on December 19, 2025, even though the product was never returned. The customer kept both the product and the refund.
We have served 50,000+ customers since 2010, and we take our reputation seriously. We fully accept honest negative feedback when it reflects a real unresolved experience — but we do not believe it is fair or accurate to claim “scam” after a confirmed full refund was issued and keeping the product.
Additionally, we have reason to believe this may not be a genuine review written in good faith, as we noticed a pattern of similar negative reviews posted by the same individual toward other businesses.

Overall, great product, and even better service
I was initially concerned about this product. But right after I got it, and I didn't know how to use it, I reached out to their support. They offered me a Google Meet option, and the issue was resolved. Just that, I didn't buy the router. So, I'm just using my phone's hotspot.

I just bought the mini camera and ear piece, which they delivered to Africa via DHL. I couldn't navigate using the 2, so they suggested a Google Meet for a show-and-tell. I am very satisfied now. They are very good people and very professional.

It's really under-rated
It's really under-rated, you might feel it's sus like others because they got no much reviews "they deserve more than 5stars" but it's not at alllll, it's the original brand for the calculator and they sell other stuff too. I had a long experience with them, My country didn't allow me to receive the calc, and they fixed this long issue and was really friendly! I just received it. their customer service isn't really a fast-reply because ig they have a small team, but at the end they are trust worthy!
