Overpriced and left damages
First when I ask them the approximate amount I'd be spending, they kept it very misleading by saying it was $50 call fee + labour. Turns out the labour ended up being $700 for an hour of work, replacing my sink's water valve and screwing on my tap handle.
Now a few weeks later, our tap is loose because the plumber damaged the new valve cartridge which I bought prior to his arrival in addition to my drain stopper not being installed.
Super super disappointed. Feel like I was taken advantage of. The only reason there's a second star is because the plumber was a nice guy.

Scam company with bad plumbers
Wish I would’ve seen some of these comments before as I had the same experience, except my issue wasn’t fixed. The plumber came and spent the first 45 minutes on the wrong issue, even after I told him my opinion was a hole in a pipe, he spent 45 minutes tightening the valve before going “oh there is a hole” and putting putty on it and saying “wait 2 hours to see if it works”. It didn’t.
By happenstance another plumbing company was outside my house at this time, and I had them come in and do the work to fix the issue for $280. When I got the 24/7 Plumbers charge, it was $330! Just ridiculous and they say “well we are an emergency plumber” while capitalizing on the Google algorithm to show up for that specific search due to their name.
Do not use!

This business is a HUGE SCAM
This business is a HUGE SCAM. I called for a plumber to fix my broken toilet flusher. I asked for a quote/estimate but was told that the price was dependant on the job. Given it was a small job, I stupidly hired them. They charged me $750, which they only told me AFTER the job was done. The job took 15 minutes, and they had me pay it while the plumber was still at my house. I am a young woman who lives alone, and did not feel comfortable refusing to pay after the work had been done and the plumber was still here.

Horrible horrible horrible and exceptionally overpriced
Horrible horrible horrible. Do not use this service. They tell you the amount will be $50 and then slap you with a $800 bill. The plumbers were here for 20 mins.
They also do not accept credit so they ask for cash or e-transfer. If you pay cash, they offer you a tax discount.
Dishonest all around.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, rip off, I was charged £106 upfront for call out, plumber came out couple hours later and did a botch job, took him all of 20 minutes, cut pipe and put two compression joints on, the pipe should have had sleeves soldered, ten minutes later the pipes has a slow leak, I have had to arrange another plumber to do the job right

Worst Plumbing Experience Ever
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. Shame on them for taking advantage of people during an emergency. The pipe from my outdoor hose busted and water was leaking into my finished basement. When I called, I was told that there would be a $50 call out fee which was fine. The plumber did have to leave to get supplies at Home Depot (which is 3km away).
Fast forward to the bill....$1800 labour for about an hour's work! $150 transportation charge and a $313 administration fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that they left all of the wet drywall on my carpet, that they had cut out of the ceiling, and smeared caulking all over my siding when changing the outdoor hose bib.
Don't ever use this company and add some reputable plumber numbers to a list now, so you're ready when there is an emergency.

It’s a SCAM company, guys! Please save yourselves from these thugs who are out there to rip people off!
They take advantage of your innocence about not knowing how to turn the off main water valve, do the job in 10 mins and send the bill for $700+ like where the hell on earth does it happen?
This is worst experience ever, their agents are creepy and rude, NEVER EVER contacting this company ever in my life, will ensure to report them to BBB for their wrongdoings!
I hope they go bankrupt!

Price way way unreasonably too high
Got billed $600 for a 20 minute job (unclogging kitchen sink drain). Got charged $50 call out fee first then $400 for labor and emergency then $100 for machinery fee and $50 for transportation fee. They didn't tell you all these ridiculous fees beforehand.

SCAM - AVOID
This company is a total fraudulent scam. They arbitrarily make up random costs for basic work, try to charge you nearly $1000 for an hour of simple work
They don't even have a website, they are total snakes. The worker who showed up to do the work even told me they scam people left right and center, it's not a company but a third party dispatch
They don't have a real website and their Google reviews are all fake one liners from January 2024
**edit** You can tell just by the language used in their reply that they are a fraudulent company. Plumbing companies do not have "engineers" as they worded it. No quote was provided at any time, they just said "you owe us $1000" arbitrarily without providing any sort of estimate or quote or signing any paperwork.
All of their reviews on Google are fake one liners by obviously fake aliases should have been the first red flag

I called them for a non-emergency job…
I called them for a non-emergency job to clear my clogged sink and to schedule a next day appointment.They still charged me for emergency call for 30 min work and billed me $648.I called them for explanation and detail the invoice and also emailed to the customer service with no response.The plumber that showed up at the house also said it's better and cheaper to just call the plumber directly rather than using this company as a middle man because they add a (huge)portion/percentage to the bill.

They told us there is $60 call fee but we ended up getting close to $800 bill, admin fee, transport fee, equipment fee and plumber fee which is $450 for less than 1 hour job. I'd give a negative star review if i could! when we called them, they mention only of a $60 service charge with whatever related man hours required to fix the problem. We were shocked to be billed $648 for less than 30 mins of service. they were not upfront when they lured us in with just a $60 on site service charge. DONT USE THEM!
