Ordered a set of two whiskey glasses, two months later and they sent me one glass.

Major scam website. Items are nothing as described and didn't arrive for 3 months. Do not order from this website!

They sent me someone else’s package, like mislabeled with someone else’s name as well as my name. They refused to refund me because I couldn’t send them the product I ordered back, even though I never received it. Super unhelpful & never got my product.

Can you do zero stars? I ordered three mineral Crystal coffee mugs to use as Christmas gifts what arrived was nothing like the pictures and they never followed through with any response to do a return and receive a refund. The beautiful agate looking mugs on their website were what I expected to receive. Instead I got three, hideously, painted cups that look reminiscent of cave paintings.

These things smell horrible…. Made from resin! There is a tin cup thing to drink from, that falls out! No crystal or glass! And they are tiny!!!

The products are not as advertised. What was represented as a carved rock mug was a badly molded and colored plastic mug with a stainless steel insert. They also looked nothing like they did on the website.
I do not recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences with an online order I have ever had. I ordered one of their mineral crystal mugs on Dec. 15th and did not get it until Jan. 23. The mug was not even close to the picture. It was a crudely painted small, poorly made mug. The paint was splotchy and so poorly done with paint drips down the side and on the bottom. It looked like the worst DIY job ever. I am embarrassed to give it to the person I bought it for, so I will probably just throw it away. DO NOT buy from this website!!!

It's a rip-off. I wish I read reviews as I most usually do, these are NOT stone or crystal as advertised. They are cheesy plastic cups that look like plastic toys. I was excited to give these as gifts to my daugherdaughter-in-laws and now I don't even want to tell them they arrived or let them see them as they are so cheap it's embarrassing. And, of course, I bought 3...Not worth sending back. It took almost 2 months to even get them..

False advertising! The Stanley mugs represented on their website are NOT Stanley’s. They are cheap mugs from the dollar store.

Less than 1 star. Total ripoff company. Products are garbage. Ordered mineral cups. Plastic painted cups that aren’t worth $5. Can’t return because the shipping address is China. Credit card company would not authorize credit due to them shipping and me receiving their garbage.

Product was not at all what was pictured. The quality of the product is incredibly cheap and made of plastic, when it was supposed to be stone.

Took 3 weeks to ship "from New York". Ordered a Mineral mug for a friend and it was so cheap I was embarrassed to gift it. Had a cheap metal insert for "hot liquids" that wasn't even secured. Don't waste your time or money.

It’s total faults advertisement, especially the mineral mugs… Their videos of their process are completely misleading and faults. What shows up is a poorly crafted piece of plastic crap. There’s no customer service. They say they were arriving a week before Christmas and arrived the week of January 11.

I haven’t received even a confirmation # after ordering two supposed crystal mugs for $40.00 for Christmas presents, it’s now Jan.2!

The crystal mineral mugs are a joke. Look like plastic shower curtain ring quality! 20% refund offered OR 50% off another product OR return (to China) and pay the shipping fees lol...

Fake. Ordered coffee mug that was supposed to be mineral rock- it was cheap plastic and said it was shipped from china. It was broken as well. Total scam of a company.

I spent 40.00 plus shipping on what was supposed to be mineral coffee mugs. They look nothing like pic. They are painted pieces of plastic that is embarrassment to even give as a gift.

Great service from start to finish, well packed and quick delivery.

Very good, checkout was a little hard to navigate but product and delivery was excellent.
