Paul went above and beyond to help me get an urgent order through on time including working on his day off. First class service.

Very good experience with 1 to 1 Flooring. Cathy at the Harpenden showroom demonstrated the pros and cons of various flooring materials. We decided on Amtico Barn Wood. Two surveys were done, the second by Richard who made sure all angles had been covered. The fitting team led by Callum and assisted by Harley were excellent and the job consisting of hall, living room, dining room and through to the study was completed on time and to our satisfaction.

Delighted with the fitting Callum and Hartley did for us. They made it look first class and the new Amtico floor has transformed our downstairs rooms. Shout out to Kathy too at the Harpenden store for helping us make the right choice . Cannot recomeond these guys highly enough!

Delighted with our new Amtico and carpet flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for Matt, Chloe and Paul who were always on hand to offer advice and support. Callum fitted our Amtico with expert efficiency and gave clear, practical advice on how to care for it. Thoroughly professional service with a warm, friendly feel. They helped us to decide on the type/colour/design of the flooring which I was very grateful for given the amount of choice! Richard and Harley were a pleasure to have in our house. Excellent service from Richard and Harley. From day one they went through the programme with us and gave us advice on pattern which looks really good. He was very helpful and guided us on best layout for the different spaces. Richard is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Harley is in good hands and it is obvious he is keen to learn.
They were very respectful of our home. Everything was cleared away and cleaned each day. We are delighted with the result and would definitely recommend them.

We used the St Albans store to supply and fit us with Amtico flooring in our kitchen diner and hallway. We are delighted with the finish, which looks superb. Our fitters were Richard and Harley, who were polite, hard working and showed a great attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Also, Matt in the St Albans store provided helpful advice and was on hand for any questions we had.

Richard and Harley came to fit the flooring, they were polite and respectful. They helped with any extra furniture removal and spoke through every step of the process, answering questions along the way. A returning customer, having previously had Amtico flooring installed by 1 to 1 Flooring in my living room, I have just had it extended into my kitchen. I have been as delighted with the service and fitting this time as I was a couple of years ago. I'm very grateful to Matt who has assisted and advised me all the way through the process and Callum and Adam did a really wonderful job of fitting the Amtico. Callum's levels of care and attention to detail are outstanding, he is a very talented fitter. I will return to 1 to 1 for any other flooring requirements I have in the future.

Outstanding service from Richard & Harley who fitted new flooring to 4 bedrooms for us. Polite, tidy, great attention to detail and helped with options and choices when we needed it. They treated our house as if it was there own and we’re absolutely delighted with the end result - if only all tradespeople were like this.

I had Amtico flooring fitted in my Grade 2 cottage. The floors were very uneven and it was a fiddly job. I was very impressed with the skill of the fitters - Callum and Adam - they worked extremely hard over 3 days and I was delighted with the results - the floor looks amazing. I was also impressed with the service I received from the showroom staff who went out of their way to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had carpets and Amtico floor fitted. I found the staff at the St Albans store professional, responsive and efficient. Both sets of fitters did a great job; were polite and respectful of my home. I was especially impressed with the Amtico fitting, superb design job. I shall be using 1to1 Flooring for my living room once the building work is complete.

Returning customer at 1 to 1 flooring - this time for a karndeen floor in my hallway to match the flooring in my kitchen.
Came to measure and estimate and were very polite and professional.
Really helpful with samples etc so that I had the correct match.
They had a cancellation so I was lucky that I did not have to wait the expected time for fitting.
The guys fitting my floor - Callam and Adam were on time, professional and very hard working (didn't stop for a tea break!). Carried out an amazing job and I am really pleased with their work and the service I have had from start to finish.
