My wife left her Amazon Kindle on the seat of a EasyJet
Plane at Bristol Airport and we reported it to them and they directed us to first flight forwarders. When they located our kindle they immediately got in touch with us and we paid for delivery of our property and yes bingo. We have it back. Well done guys.

Successful experience
I used First Flight Forwarders to retrieve my card wallet. Email communication from start to finish was brilliant, clear and straightforward. Lost the wallet on 09 March and first class Royal Mail delivered it on 21 March. My thanks and appreciation to FFF (and Royal Mail).

I submitted a claim that was delayed as the newcastle airport too forever after long chasing up with emails for a refrence number as I reported it before I left the Airport in October 23. After This compnay kept asking the same questions again and again and after 3 months after the claim submitted in December 2023, the declined it as they advised cosmetic damage. the rubber had come adrift from the case a poor service and took far too long to make an assessement very poor
Lost hold-all at Gatwick - own fault
I was reunited with my lost hold-all (my fault) less than 24h after receiving a call from Mike. Mike was kind, courteous and efficient and I was really pleased with the service that 1stFlight offered me.

Vivo en Argentina y viaje a UK y la verdad que no se muy bien a que se dedican y me gustaría saberlo. Mislaid Kindle
I left my Kindle on the aircraft in September '23 not realising for a few days when I thought it not worth pursuing.
I was amazed when 1stflight contacted me in February to say that they had found my Kindle. From the initial contact to the return of the item, their kind and helpful service was exemplary. I cannot thank them enough.
Very professional
Mike was nice and very professional. He helped me to find my luggage after that it was delivered to the wrong airport. After more than a month without any news from the airline company, Mike was very helpful to detect and track the luggage and give it back to me.

Excellent customer service
I was served by Mike C. from First Flight Forwarders LTD. My checked-in luggage ended up travelling across Europe before it could be tracked down. I almost lost my hope to get it back with all its content, when I got a call from Mike. He quickly helped me get it back home in a couple days. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Mike!
Fabulous service
What can I say other than absolutely fantastic service and support. Mike was a star and located our bag which had been taken by mistake by another passenger. We had a transatlantic flight the following afternoon and we were kept up to date ever step of the way. From explaining what’s happening to organising the bag to be shipped to us in America. Fabulous support from Mike which made an awfully stressful time that much better. Thank you Mike
Patient and calm help from 1st Flight
Gemma at 1st Flight helped me calmly and patiently in my quest for my missing bag. My bag failed to return with me from Venice airport 8/1/24. Gemma replied to every single one of my e mails with calm advice and instruction on what to do (we landed at LGW after 22.30 and no customs reps were around to hand relevant forms for signature re. contents of missing bag). She sent me a link to the required document for bag release and 5 days later after some delay my bag was returned to my door. It is battered and has a new crack but it is home and most importantly so are my things in it.
Don’t panic, use live chat. They are super helpful.
Left a laptop bag on an easyJet flight on Saturday night. Tried contacting airport and customer services but no luck. They said I must contact 1st Flight.
Having read mixed reviews and horror stories online I was worried my bag and LOTS of contents were gone forever.
I am leaving a review to give anyone in the same position some peace of mind. There is no phone number and emails are slow, but be sure to use the live chat. You need to keep trying to connect until you get lucky.
Once connected they are super helpful. My bag was in the system and delivered to me today. It cost £30 for return, which seems to be a flat fee.
