Well you took away any doubts I had
Well you took away any doubts I had. The only thing that remains is if the prices are stable. I ordered 10 cartons and they arrived on time watching the tracker. The gifts were a nice touch and added them to my donation to the food bank. Thank you.

Wow!! With cigarettes being the price they are today I thought I'd give you a try as your prices are so good. So I ordered 3 cartons and they arrived in four days. Sent Bb full flavor light (dark blue carton)
Sent me wrong smokes, won't do an exchange. Website pictures are wrong. Ordered BB full flavor on website is in light blue carton. They sent me BB full flavor light comes in dark blue carton (only shows they are (LIGHT), when looking at the top of a package, not the carton.) They asked for pictures.So I supplied pictures to prove it. Now they won't reply as I asked for exchange. Offered me 15% off next order. Not very good customer service.

First of all, you ordered a full box, of BB Full. We only ship out what we get from our supplier. When you emailed, I quickly responded to your email even at night. I asked for pictures because we do not open cartons and all of them are sealed. I already explained the nature of the problem why we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Out of all the orders we have gotten, this is the only time somebody complained about the smokes. The packaging of the smokes is also not within our control as we are not the manufacturer. Slight discoloration in the box or not actual presentation based on the website pictures are not indicators that the products shipped out are wrong as again which I explained in our lengthy correspondence that these are products from the manufacturers and are not tampered with in any way when it reach our warehouses. Despite the fact that it is clearly indicated on our website that we do not give refunds or returns (https://1smokes.ca/faqs/), I still offered 15% Off on your next order, if that is not acceptable to you, then the problem is no longer with the customer service but the customer who is clearly disgruntled and is just taking it on us. If at least 20% of our customers made a complaint about the product then, this would be clearly a manufacturer's defect and we can ask the manufacturer for a recall, but this is a one-off from a customer who does not like the taste based on his preference and is blaming the packaging, the colour difference in the carton, the website and the customer service. If the taste doesn't suit you, try buying your smokes at your local convenience store at $200+ per carton instead of the cheaper alternatives provided by native smokes or other online smoke stores that are clearly scammers. We're trying to do business here by providing native smokes at cheaper prices and our customers are able to be realistic in managing their expectations, I hope you can too, otherwise, feel free to look elsewhere. This is not a matter of "not very good customer service", it's a matter of "not very good customer". I tried to explain to you via email and tried to work out a compromise yet you go on here and try to make us look bad as if I never responded to you? We've been back and forth in exchanges of emails, you just don't want to accept any valid reasons. In any case, if ever you do change your mind, my offer still stands despite this biased review.

This well be my 3rd time buying my cigarettes from this company. I've come back because of their low prices and high quality smokes and speedy delivery usually 2 days. plus i get a kick out of the treat i find in with my smokes.
