Overall good but one big complaint
Shipping was quick and pricing was good. Delivered right to my mailbox makeing the whole process extremely easy and hassle free. The product I received was packaged professionally and only leaves me with one complaint. The brand I ordered I have ordered before from a different website which was operated out of a difrent province. Long story short although both were packaged very similar the actual cigs themself were completely difrent and the better cigs were from the other site they were also about 5 dollars more per carton but would have definitely been happier with paying that extra 5 bucks per carton they were significantly that much better

Hi there Scott. I checked your order and I see that it's Time Full Flavour king Size. I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with the product. It's the only complaint we've had with our products so far. I will be sure to inform the manufacturer of the brand you ordered. It's unfortunate because we do not manufacture these products and if ever there are any differences with other products from other manufacturers, it's not within our control. I hope you can consider trying our other brands if they suit your preferences. As you can see with almost all of the reviews, we strive hard to maintain good customer service, products and prices to benefit our customers who have been very happy with their purchases. I would however like to ask for your kind consideration to contain your review on the product and our customer service since that is within our company's control. The delivery of your order is not within our control as it done thru a separate company (Canada Post). If ever there are any human error on their part, your review should be directed toward's their company and not ours. You may think that giving us a 1-star review is warranted due to your frustration, but I can assure you that we did everything in our capacity to receive your order, process it as soon as possible and have them delivered to canada Post to be delivered as diligently as possible. We haven't had any delivery issue like that and I'm sure that it was not intentional in Canada Post's part. I hope you would be considerate enough to reconsider your 1-star review as we do our best to give the best customer service, products, and pricing in the industry. As you can see with the other reviews by our customers, we strive hard to give our best, unfortunately having unintentional delays by 3rd-party couriers is no longer within our scope and know the kind of product you order, Canada Post is your best bet in getting your order without any other restrictions posed by other couriers. Again, our sincerest apologies for the delay and I do hope you will reconsider your review. Thank you.
