121Shoes were the only business who could provide me with exactly the shoes I wanted. They were very easy to deal with and, when I briefly spoke to them on the telephone, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Terrible communication from this…
Terrible communication from this company. Ordered a pair of Ecco shoes and I have received no order confirmation emails from them; no tracking details and they will not respond to email; calls or voice mails.
Will be seeking a full refund immediately and will defiantly vow not to return again.

I was very impressed by the service I received from 121 Shoes. The delivery was prompt and the package was very secure. The trainers I purchased were priced very competitively. Will definitely consider purchasing from 121 Shoes again.

Superb customer service and quality brands.
I visited the 121 shoe outlet within cameron toll centre in Edinburgh recently. I was undecided and just browsing. The customer service that Sharon and Susan provided was excellent, and all my questions answered with superb professionalism and in depth knowledge with regards to different brands, quality and comfort. I would highly recommend 121 shoes to anyone looking for a classic, stylish comfortable pair of shoes.

121 shoes had the Clark’s boots my wife was looking for. They were £12.50 cheaper than Clark’s on sale! They were also sent overnight with Royal Mail Track and trace. The boots arrived in time and were as expected. 5 stars for 121 shoes.

Awesome customer service
I had awesome service from this store. I was making an online purchase but had a query and I got really helpful advice over the phone. The boots arrived super-fast the day after ordering. Couldn’t be happier with the boots, the great price and the excellent customer service. Thanks so much!

Mix up but resolved
Wrong sized shoes turned up, after some discussion they issued a refund (they suggested I had worn them outside and marked the soles, not the case but nevertheless gave a refund after a short email exchange)

We are very sorry that you are not happy with our service and take every complaint very seriously.
We have apologised for the manufacturing error that the wrong size shoes were in the box and would be more than happy to refund or replace unworn shoes.
However, the shoes you returned to us have been worn outside and we provided you with pictures in evidence. The soles are clearly worn down and in a very soiled condition and cannot be resold.
We have gone above and beyond our obligation to you and issued a full refund.

Very pleased with the quality of the Gabor ladies boots . Exactly as advertised, excellent quality, true to size and very well packaged. Delivery time excellent, would definitely use 121 shoes again - highly recommend.

The shoes were delivered within a few days of placing the order they arrived well packaged in perfect condition. I couldn't get the shoes from Clarks and was so pleased that Shoes123 had them. Would definitly purchase from them again.
