Excellent product good support
Excellent product with good communication from 100g after placing order plus fast replies to questions during installation and set-up. My only minor (very minor) negative comment relates to the inability to track the order until the package arrives in its destination country. Delivery estimate was accurate (about 4 weeks to the UK) but tracking only became active in the final two days which wasn’t very helpful and didn’t provide reassurance as to the progress of the package for the majority of its journey.

Our goods are shipped from China via a dedicated tax-inclusive logistics line, which operates differently from regular international courier services. The initial transportation is managed by our freight forwarder, and the shipping status is only available on their internal system. Tracking information will only be updated on the platform after the parcel arrives in the UK, goes through customs clearance and is taken over by the local delivery team. That’s why tracking details are usually available just a couple of days before delivery, and you will receive your package soon after the status updates. Front kit is awesome
Really good, I recommend to use an handlebar remote.
Front motor is better cause it doesn't interact directly with the transmission so you can go hard and add a lot of manual acceleration if you want that.

i have a problem with the kit
everything working perfectly but just sometimes randomly or at specific location the kit wait to go under 20km/h to be able to kick back again and then work again perfectly as it supposed to do. I think it only happens in certain areas where the transition between downhill and uphill isn't sharp enough.

A very bad electricity package - Don't buy it!
1. When the motor is installed, the bike becomes much heavier and much harder to pedal, when not using the battery. Pedaling becomes six times heavier and the quality of the bike drops to a very heavy and poor bike. This solution is good for people who want to pedal only with the battery and for a distance between 5 and 10 km.
2. As soon as you put the battery on, the battery level drops by about 20%.
And when the battery reaches about 20%, the battery drains very quickly. According to my test, this battery has a capacity between 5 and 10 km, not 135 km as the seller has advertised.
3. If there is a problem, the buyer has no way to return the product. Even if you do not open the box and want to return the product, the seller charges about 40% of the amount the buyer has paid.
I do not recommend these solutions. It would be better to buy solutions where the motor is removable. They are almost half the price.
I don't recommend this seller either.

Hello, we have carefully read your review and would like to address your concerns accordingly.
Firstly, regarding the riding resistance. After installing the motor hub, you may feel extra resistance compared with a regular bike. This is a common feature of all e-bike conversion kits. Our motor is built with an integrated one-way clutch and waterproof sealing rings. Such structural design will inevitably lead to slightly higher rolling resistance than ordinary hollow hubs, which is an inherent characteristic of e-assist motor kits rather than a product quality defect. The claim that the resistance has increased six times is just your personal feeling, not an objective test result. For a fair comparison, we suggest referring to other similar rear wheel conversion kits.
Secondly, about the battery performance. Our batteries have passed strict quality inspections, and there is no issue of a 20% power drop immediately after installation. The battery level is calculated based on voltage, so the reading may be inaccurate occasionally, especially when the battery is low and vulnerable to voltage fluctuations. This is a normal display deviation, and the actual capacity of the battery is fully guaranteed. There is no video evidence to prove your statement about the short mileage. Actual range is affected by many factors such as riding mode and road conditions including steep slopes. Under normal use, the battery life is far longer than what you described.
Lastly, on the return policy. We offer a 7-day no-reason return service for products that remain unmounted and unused. Customers only need to cover the shipping fees for delivery and return, and we never deduct 40% of the payment. We noticed that you had ridden more than 200 kilometers with the kit installed. Since the product has been put into actual use, we could not approve your return request, which is in line with our return rules.

Erstes bestelltes Produkt funktioniert schon über 8000km , hatte fast keine Störungen . Die Kommunikation und Hilfe über WhatsApp war schnell und effizient.
Habe deshalb zweiten Antrieb bestellt . Lieferzeit war etwas länger.
Die Felge sollte aber schlauchlos geeignet sein.

Quality issues
Spokes broke multiple times, two time the mounting tray failed, once was because the plastic lock retainer cracked so the battery would not stay securely, I had to tie it with string.
Bottle cap failed two times. And I had to find a purchase the correct glue and Drill to repair it. What if I didn’t know what I was doing? This could be dangerous. And for each time you sent replacements I had to pay for the delivery. Not happy with the service I received. And I wouldn’t recommend your kits because of it and that is a shame. As i work in the cycling industry and have many clients that always purchase what I purchase. You have lost a lot of referrals from me.

We have noticed you have had several after-sales issues with your kit, and we totally understand your dissatisfaction.
We see the problems you mentioned happened for different reasons separately. The cracking of the mounting tray and bottle cap are very rare cases for us, and we are not sure if it is related to daily usage or riding conditions.
As for the broken spokes happening twice within less than two months, this is also an uncommon situation. It may be related to long-term use on rough or complex road conditions.
We always provide free replacement parts under our after-sales policy. For faults caused by different reasons, we charge a standard $20 shipping fee each time, which is reasonable and our regular policy.
For the second broken spokes issue, we already waived the shipping fee for you, since it was the same type of problem.
We are a responsible company and always try our best to support every customer and solve problems sincerely. There is no perfect product in the world, and we truly hope our thoughtful service can earn your understanding and trust.

Great product
Hello,
I’m driving a 100G 250W on my trail bicycle since 3 years now.
The installation was easy.
I had to change the connector and got a great support from the team. They replace the top part, free of cost.
The system is running without troubles since then (3 years).
I recommend the system and will by on more for my kids.

Was die Felgen für Scheibenbremsen betrifft: Standardmäßig liefern wir Felgen für Felgenbremsen mit silbernen Akzenten aus. Falls Sie komplett schwarze Felgen für Scheibenbremsen wünschen, müssen diese als Sonderanfertigung hergestellt werden, wofür ein Aufpreis von 10 $ anfällt. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass Sie zwar einen entsprechenden Hinweis hinterlegt, jedoch keine gesonderte Bestellung für eine Sonderanfertigung aufgegeben haben – möglicherweise hat mein Kollege diesen Hinweis bei der Bearbeitung Ihrer Bestellung übersehen. Wir haben dies bereits intern besprochen; wir werden künftig verstärkt auf Kundenhinweise achten, unsere interne Kommunikation optimieren und unser Bestes geben, um den Wünschen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden.
