I booked day 2/5/8 tests x 2 on a Saturday before my daughters returned to the UK on Sunday. The tests arrived on Wednesday, a bit late, but fine as they knew they'd have to quarantine until the 5th day regardless. As they both live in London they decided to drop the day 5 tests off in person at the Shoreditch point on Friday. Results were received late Friday night. We only learned about the possibility of dropping off the tests via another Trust Pilot review, so I recommend checking 0044covidtest.com help centre before booking your tests, so you know your options.
After a terrible experience with Randox test to fly, 0044 have restored some of my faith in the system.

Please do not book with these people - my husband and I paid them for my 2/5/8 day corona test - release after travel.. and they paid a third party to deliver the service.. In my case this was rightangled.co who have a lab in London.. They delivered my test 2 days later than they advertise they will.. and then have lost my husbands 5 day test to release... I've reviewed righangled on here and in spite of confirming my contact booking reference and contact details they are trying to say I'm not a customer.?!? They lie... please do not use if you want to be released after travel as it may never happen...

Terrible service. Tests never delivered even though they said they had been shipped, I called the courier (Yodel) who informed me they had not received anything from the company. No answer on their phone lines or to my emails. One response received via email to inform me they would "consider" refund request but have not heard a thing since. Tests have never arrived and no update on refund. PLEASE do not use this company.

I don't usually write feedback but thought it would be good to hear that not everyone is experiencing the same service.
I bought the tests on the day of departure from Italy (24.06.2021). As of the rush of the day, I, of course, decided to check the reviews afterwards. People were writing it is very poor service and even scam so I started to worry and think about getting new test kits from somewhere else.
However, my tests (2x Day 2 and Day 8 + 1x Day 5) arrived within two days, exactly on time. Everything went well and first tests were sent. I did think that with Royal Mail service there could be delays but the service was according to company's terms - "Test results are ready within 48h after lab has received the samples". It is also easy to track the process on their website so no stress worrying if it has been lost.
As my Day 8 test was done on Friday, I thought that due to the weekend (Sunday) there will be a delay and I would receive results earliest on Monday - making it already Day 11 of isolation. However, as of my surprise the results came back on Sunday evening allowing me to finally end the isolation.
I can only say the service was good and would not hesitate to buy from them again if needed.

My family ordered the full gamut of tests (days 2, 5 and 8) from this website in June ahead of visiting the UK for a wedding in mid July.

Two weeks later (and just days ahead of arrival), no tests have been delivered. We called this place to check on the order status and were told "There's a problem with our courier, we're not sending them."

This is not a legitimate service. They never sent the tests, never told the buyer the tests wouldn't be sent, and have yet to issue a refund. They just hoped we'd forget about the tests we ordered and which MUST be taken.

Another scam company - advertising a price that doesn’t exist as you have to add £35 for delivery - if anyone needed proof of how crap life would be without NHS just needs to try and book a covid test from the government website

I was about to give it one star and write an angry review, but I have received a full refund for my order so will give it a generous two star rating.
I ordered fit to fly and 2&8 day tests, which has never arrived and the tracking number showed that delivery company didn't receive the items so I had to cancel my flight as it was too late to get another test.
I have emailed both 0044 and rightangeld support and they got back to me pretty quickly offering a replacement or a refund. Refund was issued really quickly, so can't complain about that and that was a decent thing to do from their side.
But I still will not recommend using the service as I think that for something as time sensitive as tests for travel such delays are unacceptable and if they really experience high demand and long delivery times as they claim they should at least warn customers about that before purchase.

Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. We needed a fit to fly certificate and sent our tests back 72 hours before we flew as per the guidelines. We got out tests results back after 60 hours meaning we couldn't fly. No response to emails or phone calls when I was urgently trying to contact them. They eventually responded saying they did the test within 72 hours of receiving the kit so no refund is possible - what is the point of offering a fit to fly test if they can't deliver in time!

Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered day 2&8 kits on the 9th June, 3 weeks later and they still never arrived. I kept being told “they are on the way”. Well my 10 days are over now. Got a test to release separately and that arrived. Got the results on day 8 morning though so took ages. Don’t waste your time or money.

We used Covid0044 test and our tests were sent over to Righangled. We have had nothing but an easy experience with both companies, from beginning to end. Follow all of the instructions they provide and the experience is simple and stress free. We opted for the day 5 to release also. My husband dropped our samples to the lab at 8.00am this morning and by 4.30 this evening we had our results and were free to get on with our life's
I emailed Rightangled for some feedback on where we could drop the tests and they came back to us after one chase but best thing was they came back with more info than we could ask for.
The sad fact is that the government are over egging these tests completely unnecessarily, but this is not the fault of 0044 or Rightangled, whom i only have good things go to say about them.

be aware this is scam. i bought the day 2&8 kit from this company for my parents they staying at same place And day 5 for early release from different company. they sent the kits very late which they done the day 2 test on day 5.when result came back my mum was positive and Dad native and release day kit results which was from different company for both came back negative and on the day 8 results came back this time my Dad positive and my mum negative and my parents decided to do another test with another company which both came back negative .

This is a scam company as you can tell from the many unsatisfied customers, the fact they are on the government website as a trusted provider is absolutely shocking.

I ordered tests 10 days ago and they still have yet to be shipped. Customer service doesn't exist, all their help pages go through another company called rightangled which also has the worst customer service in history. They continue to lie to me and say the kit has been shipped however the tracking link they sent never updates. They refuse to give you a refund even though they haven't provided the service I paid a lot of money for.

Booked the day 2&8 tests before traveling back to the UK, today is day 6 and I haven’t received them. After multiple emails and calls I only received a generic email saying that they have a new courier and that may course delays. They also don’t pick up the phones. Also they charge illegally £35 for shipping, which is not shown on before you press pay. At the end I had to contact NHS and order a test from them. It’s outrageous that the government allows such scammers to make money in this difficult times. Shame

If you're travelling into the UK from abroad, please, please do not choose this provider for day 2 and day 8 covid tests! My tests didn't arrive on time despite booking them plenty of time in advance. I couldn't get any help from customer support, I stayed on hold for half an hour several times and no one ever picked up. And now my results are nowhere to be found, and I have no idea who to contact to find out what happened to my tests. On top of all this, don't trust the prices they advertise on the government's website, they don't include the outrageous £35 for shipping!
Catastrophic service, it's outrageous that this company is listed on the government's list of trusted providers.

THE TEST NEVER ARRIVES AND THEY WON'T GIVE ME BACK

I was just about to leave a bad review like the many other people on here, as I received one less kit than I had ordered. But by doing a little digging and emailing this email address support @ rightangled.co rather than this one hello @ 0044covidtest.com , I got a reply within the hour from Rafael Daher, who apologised and assured me they would send a replacement kit. I'm not sure what's wrong with their system, clearly communication with customers needs to be improved!

I can’t believe this is government approved list they did not send me the confirmation code for locater form and have not sent the Covid test kit yet and did not reply to me after two days and manny emails to them they reply was you can’t have refund because day 2 and 8 are no refundable I had to buy another test for my partner to fly back they are thieves avoid them

I order the kit and they didn’t send me reference number!!! I couldn’t submit the form without. I spend a fortune buying another kit from other company And 0044 covid test not even responding to my emails, plus they don’t have contact number!
Someone needs to take them down! 🤬

I ordered this kit on a Friday morning, as we were returning to the UK on the Saturday. It is now Wednesday and still no test kit, although the money was taken from my account on Monday. I was not able to take a day 2 test and had to phone the NHS Covid line on 119 yesterday to report it. They sent me a kit which I received this morning, just after 9.
Apparently, I've been informed by email that my kit from Right Angled should be here tomorrow, which will be day 5! My husband ordered his kit from a different company and it was here on our return on Saturday evening. He was therefore able to test on day 2, returned his swab and received notification yesterday of a negative result.
The NHS line advised me to ask for a refund and to this end, I've sent 2 emails, but without response.
Right Angled has replied saying that they have put a disclaimer on their site saying that kits will be dispatched within 72 hours on a next day delivery. This means that I should have received my kit yesterday! Still useless! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR COVID TEST KITS!
