Good gym, clean and good equipment choices

It is a good gym overall, but what has dragged down my rating here is that they increased the prices a year ago (understandably) and promised new equipment. What is frustrating is that the justification for this price increase was the new equipment promised. While some of the equipment has arrived, there are still pieces missing from what was promised. I feel bad for the team because they were told it was ordered back then, which they reassured me of. Since then I have followed up with them regularly. They apologised and told me that the owner had told them he had ordered it all and that they have since realised this was not the case. The mens showers are also out of order a lot of the time, apparently the owner also promised these were being renovated years ago but nothing has been done and one of the shower doors even shattered recently. Cancelled my membership a while ago but would definitely be back if they followed through on the changes. Good clean gym over all
