Not Impressed

Called AXA when car broke down, was put on hold for 5 mins then told their systems were down and could I call back later from the side of a busy road in the wind and rain. Im now in a holding queue to the complaints line, still no answer after 15mins......

It should have been a great bike.....for 22K

I have owned my SRS since July 2022, it has done 21k miles, I am now on my 8th drive belt, (yes 8!) The last one failed after 7 weeks, It clearly isn't fit for purpose otherwise the teeth would not keep falling off. Zero have claimed it was either under or over tensioned, but on most occasions it was fitted and tensioned by the dealer, I have carefully observed the "running period" and had it re-checked by the dealer but it makes no difference.

Other problems experience - It didn't like the rain, I kept getting error messages, the dealer managed to fix this my using bathroom sealant! Head and wheel bearings both failed prematurely, rear swing arm failed when a weld cracked and the coating on the motor has all peeled off so it looks tatty.

I would think very carefully before spending your hard earned money on a Zero motorcycle.

Lack of communication

Another vehicle ran into me while stationary in October last year, apart from 1 PDF letter sent by email there has been no cantact. I have now complained for the second time as they didn't respond to the first complaint. Rubbish!
