I always worry about buying from an unknown company. Enigma have proved to be an exception. The football shirt I ordered for my grandson arrived in 3 days. But then I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to Enigma and I received a reply within hours. A gentleman called Ben was very helpful and after an exchange of emails a new shirt is on its way. I couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. Enigma have proved there are good companies out there and their customer service is second to none

I am an oldie and was sceptical about going to a gym let alone have a personal trainer. After cajoling from my kids I met Sean who explained what I would be doing. Nothing overly strenuous but incredibly worthwhile for a lazy so and so like me. I have been going to the gym every week for two years and I thoroughly enjoy my specific work outs and the amusing chats we have. I will never be muscular but I am being trained at the gym by a great guy and I feel good at the end of each session. A big thank you

Sean, my PT, works with me to my capabilities and has patiently upped my workload and I have surprised myself what he has got me to do. I didn't think I would be able to get passed week 2 but apart from a couple breaks I am 18 months in. I should say I am a lazy 75 year old who thoroughly enjoys Sean's humour.
