Very very slow delivery

Very very slow delivery but Caroline contacted me and clarified the reason for the delay. Happy out with the product.

Hi Carmel,

We are very sorry about this situation.

Unfortunately we have being let down very badly by An Post.

A number of orders which left us on the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th January were and still are held up in a back log in the Portlaoise sorting centre.

We are not sending further parcels with An Post until this situation is resolved and are using an alternative courier.
