Scam didn't deliver what i paid for. I will update this if / when they reply as they currently ignoring my emails.

Awful company. Everything about my experience Anna was awful from the sign up onwards. Using revolut business instead.

Edit: not sure why Anna’s reply focused on how long it took to sign up? I never once mentioned that was part of my negative experience. Maybe an idea to actually listen or ask why your service is disliked. Anyway, much better experience with revolut. And they gave me £100 for signing up from a referral. Bonus!

Confusing billing and charges. Signed up then a week later got an email saying the price of what i thought was going to be one price per month is now increasing by $10. Then also charged for a monthly service after 2 weeks of signing up and told yes we bill everyone on the 15th. Will probably move to Smartlead.

Took my payment and received no key, no contact nothing. Have sent several emails to support and had zero response.

Didn't receive my package. Showed as left on my doorstep but wasn't there when I returned from work. Didn't give permission to leave my package outside. Sent an email from contact form on website. Received a response with a picture of my package outside to which I couldn't respond to. Email stated if you have any further questions submit another message on the contact form on their website. I haven't got time for these silly games and emails from addresses I cannot respond to. I'll just never order from MyProtein again and tell all friends and family to do the same.

Didn’t turn up with delivery I waited in all evening for and when I rang up they just said call back tomorrow. Called back the next day and they just said we’ve cancelled please wait 3-5 days for refund. No apology for wasting my time or anything. Switching to another supermarket.

Sold 20 items at once. Quotes returned very quickly. Payments made within hours of delivery. Pleasantly surprised. Extremely efficient company and swift transactions. Pleased.

Unprofessional. Terrible management. Spent the entire first 6 months of my membership dealing with bailiffs for non payment when every payment since i joined has been made DD every month. Constantly told its sorted when nothing had and still recieiving money owed letters. Will never use an Energie Fitness again.

First ever purchase and entire experience including customer service was disgusting. Believe when I say I will NEVER buy another game on steam again.

I waited in all day and you didn’t come to collect the parcel or care to contact me about it then have the cheek to keep emailing me everyday to leave a review. Rubbish.

Suspended my account after paying and being signed up for less than an hour for "clicking too many web pages". Scam Company.

Purchased a game and two days later it was half price. Refused my refund and customer services are just plain rude. First and last game i buy from this company.

Horrible company. AVOID! Buy a Playstation Elite or SCUF. With Battle Beaver you will be faced with 3 month wait for delivery, rude customer service who make it known they really don't care about your custom and a controller that continuously stops working along with additional months wait for repairs. Honestly, do yourself a favour and AVOID Battle Beavers!

Great company. Great Customer Service. Always happy to answer my questions on chat and delivery has always been the following day. Keep it up!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered an SSD and paid for next day delivery. Heard nothing for 48 hours, no email confirmation, tracking number nothing. They ignored three emails I sent over those 48 hours. I then called them and the customer services rep was extremely rude and threatened to put the phone down on me. Turns out they don’t have the item in stock, still took the money anyway, didn’t think to inform me the item was not in stock and had no intentions of informing me. Now I have to wait up to 7 working days for a refund. Stay clear of this company.. read the other one star reviews and seems this is common practise for this company. Stick with Scan.co.uk, IWD-IT and overclockers. They always go above and beyond but this company is awful. I don’t know how they exist.

UPDATE: Box.co.uk then emailed me offering me a £50 voucher to remove my Trust Pilot review. When I accepted they then sent me a £10 voucher instead. This company is 100% one to AVOID
