Not uk companie I’ve order tyre it was 3 5 days delivery than they have change it to 1 month delivery I’ve rang them and cancel my order. They didn’t refund my money and tyre come to my address and now 2 weeks I’m trying to return this order but no one is collecting and people over the phone is useless they are patronising you and taking with me it’s disgusting service experience and if you are looking for trouble work with this company 1 star even too
Much for business like that but I’m sure British government won’t let you go like this long time.

Update : today is 27/12 still no refund. Daylight robbery company.

Update : 29 /12 I have raised complaint to PayPal and they have resolved problem and refund my money. Company never responded mail and phone calls are always answeredby person who can not even talk In good English.They have always patronised me and pathetic manners please don’t bother.

Horrible customer service. I’ve order 2 tyres after payment it’s shows around 1 month delivery time I’ve contacted with them and cancel my order still waiting for my refund and after 3 weeks no refund but tyre is here and I don’t know any department to return this tyres. It’s not uk company outside of uk.

AVOID AVOID. Horrible after sale customer relation. If you are luck and your item is ok than it’s fine other than that it’s so difficult and horrible waste of time. I had a faulty item and I’ve rang them and explained they said I have to send item back and they will check it and send me replacement. I ve ordered 10 table top altogether for my cafe business I thought instead of send this and wait I’ve ordered another. new one is come around 2 days and I’ve send this faulty one back for refund but around 10 days now still no refund has come yet. I’ve email to them and asked they said my refund is just done now and I have to wait another 10 days. I’ve bought this tables around 3 months ago and still I’m chasing for this faulty item what a nightmare business I will never do shopping from this people.

Avoid this Company scammer.Me and mu wifr ehem er arrived at turkey dalaman AirPort about 15 minute he said he went to wash the car. After collect car they deposited me £335 from my account and they said after I return car they will put deposits in my bank in max 14 days.but after 1.5 months and many phone calls I can get my deposit money and luckily I’m Turkish citizen and I can talk the way they deserve. And trust me no one was care on the phone and customer service terrible and my deposite money come back £10 shorter than what I paid to them. Never ever again. Rubbish unprofessional useless company wasting peoples time and money.stay away.
