The drivers of this company are awful. In traffic at some roadworks, seen the driver and passengers launch rubbish out of the windows including full cans which exploded on the side of the road. They are lucky is didn't hurt a worker or cause a crash, then they sped off at 100+ mph as soon as they could. Dangerous driving, hope I never encounter them again

Mostly good, service was great from the eye test to picking the glasses I needed. However upon picking up my glasses, I had never worn glasses and wasn't clearly told what my glasses were for and when to wear them. "whenever you feel like" was the phrase used which left me confused about when to wear them
