I received an email offering Disney+ for $2 per month, decided to check it out and once I noticed it was not Disney but some 2nd rate game site I messaged them within minutes of signing up to cancel service. I was notified message received and there was no subscription, thinking I had successfully cancelled this service I was shocked to see a charge of $57.25CAD for a 14 day period 2 days later. I messaged immediately to complain and was told if I cancelled before 24 hours had passed it would not be approved and no refunds would be allowed. I have subsequently cancelled this subscription. What I find interesting I wanted to look for info on their site I paid for 2 weeks of service (unfortunately) and the site will not allow me in saying I had cancelled subscription. So even though you pay for a service you are not getting you cannot get into site unless you agree to renew it seems and instead of having 48 hours to cancel they have lied and you only have 24 hours to cancel.
