NEVER AGAIN
my last expirience with Rentalcars was honestly so bad. I rented a car with herz and herz did not give me a car becouse i had an ridiculous open bill of 58 Euro.
As it was Chrstimas day, herz could not help me. So they and me canceld the reservation. Rentalcars tehn charged me 120 Euro for the cancelation that i had NOTHING to do with.
the fact that you cant reach other then via email Rentalcars, is insane. Wont ever use them again and would srongly reccomend to look for a differetn plattform.
