Delivery Issue & poor Communication service

Ordered paint on 18.08.25 still no update on delivery, can't speak to anyone on phone 0844 472 2972 Sent email to tradepointdirect.co.uk & a reminder. left 5 messages still no call back, very poor service never recommend anyone to buy from that company.

Solar Panel & Battery Installation

The service was excellent & all works for supply & installation of solar panels, battery & inverter including electrical installation was completed in one day. Very impressed with the service provided. Very satisfied with the company all installation & commissioning documents received within one day.

Meter Replacement & Double Pole Isolator & meter tails

I spoke to Georgia about the change of meters with smart meters including installtion of 100amp double pole service & meter tails at the same time to meet the safety requirements. She was quite understable & helpful as this could not be completed in three previous appoinments as engineer was not qualified (Approved Inspector) to install switch.

I ordered a firm mattress recently

I ordered a firm mattress recently, I am very impressed with the customer services. It is approachable & very friendly I never expected that service will be so excellent as I have a very bad experience in dealing with other supplier they never respond to emails & even don’t have telephone contact number.
