Delivery and returns worked well
The excellent HK Go play + 3 delivered in 2 days at best price anywhere
Sadly it was already an unwanted gift as recipient had bought a different item
TDS returns process looked unclear but worked for me and credited full amount back to card
Only had to fund return postage - understandable really

As ever with Octopus people Soph handled the situations well - friendly and professional. But reassurance that IO Go charging outage is an ongoing BMW vs Octopus tech issue is new news - not i3 friends nor online threads
Said deactivate smart charging on app/devices/settings for any BMWs for now!

So far so good - I've never given a product review before, so my drowned Sony Xperia finally gave up at 4pm on Friday, I'd already browsed MM, argos etc for recent Galaxy spec and upsold myself this note 10+ 5G at £550 which 12 months ago was still about the best phone around. At 9am the next morning my regular posty handed me the box with as promised pristine phone - no instructions or charger but all good and 12 Gb RAM 512 Gb storage. 2 weeks in no issues so why bother waste the world's resources buying new
