Avoid if your in a hurry!

Ordered 2 tyres on 18/02/26, received 1 tyre on 30/02/26 even although they say tyres sent only in pairs🤷‍♂️
Numerous mails back & forward but no 2nd tyre!
Logged a dispute with credit card provider & low & behold, 2nd tyre arrives 4 days later.
They lie & bull%%it you about sending & in-stock tyres.
Avoid Avoid if you want tyres within a month or two.

Waited in all day for booked delivery

Waited in all day for booked delivery. No communication whatsoever so went online chat at 16.45 to be told there was a problem & package won’t be delivered that day. It wasn’t even on the van!
This company clearly has communication issues if they can’t update customers. I certainly will look into who the carrier is before I order anything online again.
AVOID IF YOU CAN
I wish you were as quick to respond as you’ve been after I left poor review!

Great price from Motocard as usual

Great price from Motocard as usual. Don’t order from them if your weight fluctuates as it won’t fit by the time it arrives!
Be more honest about delivery times & when items are actually sent.

IHD not displaying data

IHD not displaying data. They said it was out of warranty so unable to do anything!
It’s working, just won’t display data due to ‘required update’ still waiting 2 months & 40 messages later!!
Have now voted with my feet. Octopus couldn’t have been more helpful so they now have my business.
Won’t be back Eon, your loss.
You’ve done nothing to help a loyal customer.

I am sorry to hear you had issues with your in home display and we were not able to resolve these. The in home display does have a 12 month warranty and after this we will try and assist where we can. There are option to purchase an in home display via https://ivie.co.uk/eonnext/ or there are free apps online. I have sent a request for further information via Trust Pilot to see if I can help any further. Anything I can do to help, I will.

So called Fathers Day deal!

So…..received a mail from Tech21 offering free delivery for Fathers Day. Went to order and guess what? Charging me for delivery??
Logged a call & they came back and said “it’s not Fathers Day yet!!” So….. went to order today and…. You’ve guessed correct…. Get a grip Tech21 or I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

Please don’t deal with this company…

Please don’t deal with this company unless there is no alternative!!
Switched to them from BG, gave meter readings which they disputed and issued their own estimated readings which I then had to pay them for instead of BG. All fine but I was on a much lower tariff with BG but still had to pay EON at the new (higher) rate!!
Shocking CS. Just kept referring to ofgen???
