100% failure to deliver rate

100% failure to deliver rate. Whenever I order an item for my business and I see that fedex will be the company given the responsibility to complete it i already know I will never receive the package. So far I have never been wrong about this.

First they said my credit card didn't work so had to upgrade to full insurance. I asked at the desk to cross border. After my trip was charged €500 for crossing borders.
Customer service waits two weeks to reply.

Typical Gym contract scam

I went to Kilburn Fitness for 2 years, 5 days a week. when it came to me moving from the area I had to cancel my membership which I felt bad, I had gotten to know some of the staff there and it felt like my stable 3rd space. I had wanted to cancel in person but was un able to find the time and had to do this by phone/online instead which made me feel bad as it was in personal.
A year later I'm contacted by a debt collector on my first weekend off that year (in september) to inform me that energie fitness was looking for payment. In my year since I cancelled my membership I've had no message to indicated that the membership has not been cancelled.
I've tried to call 5 times to talk to a manager about the mistake that must have been made. Being told I should call when a manager would be in and given a time to do so but each time I called be given a different time and date
I no longer feel sad for having left Energie Fitness and this unresolved situation has made me regret ever going and soured the time I had there.

No customer service

No customer service. It is impossible to find any way of contacting them if a delivery is in anyway incorrect. I have an undelivered item which I guess I've just given them money for nothing.

Bidding wars

This company uses biding wars to pit potential tenants against one another, its such a morally bankrupt thing to do.

They will likely excuse this as common practice rather than feel the deep shame that they should feel on an individual level and collectively

Extractive and deflective business…

Extractive and deflective business practices

Summery:
- Extractive business practices
- Almost no existent customer service
- Overall ethically dubious

I tried a free trial for now TV, It was a good selection so I went onto an entertainment package. Then the next couple of months pass and I've been charged extra for a "booster pack"

After the trail you automatically get this booster pack, which means you don't get adverts for a service you already pay for.

So not only should this package not exist it was automatically added despite me already moving onto a service.

Understandable I looked for a refund via their site. They don't have a customer service team. So if you have any problem of any kind good luck.

On the site they brag "We've found that 90% of members don't need to get in touch after reading one of our articles" which means 90% of members gave up.

You remove cognitive ease from your site for refunds and problems and they magically disappear, amazing.

In summery, as you can tell from their abysmal score overall, Now TV has some appalling extractive policies in place and customer services is almost non existent and where it does exist its deflective.

Funny thing is I would have continued my service if not for these practices, they lost out on money through trying to extract more.

With the pure amount of streaming services available, your better off avoiding this one.

unprofessional and dangerous

I would recommend you don't rent from this company for a number of reasons:

1) Fire safety: I place this at the top as the most serious. My apartment had damaged fire detectors that I made Reed Rains aware of. This was ignored for over half a year. As well as this the batteries were 8 years out of date indicating that safety checks are not in place or followed.

2) Communication: Any times during or after my tenancy I required information in often simple matters it took weeks for a reply. Often this reply was to place responsibility at another of their colleagues or did not answer the original question.

3) Behaviour: Many of the employees I have had the misfortune of having dealt with have been quite passive aggressive and unprofessional. It gives the feeling that you are just an inconvenience for them.

4) Deposit: This inevitable ties in with the previous two points, over two months past my leaving date and I am still waiting on the return of my deposit. This is due to the previously mentioned communication and behaviour issues I've encountered. Whenever I've asked for any evidence to back any claims it is met with a long wait and an inadequate and often as mentioned passive aggressive reply.

I'd much rather not have to write a review but feel it is important to hopefully steer a potential victim away from this company.

Gaslit twice, Go elsewhere

Went on a 12 month Contract which came with an Amazon gift package after 3 months.
Went to claim the package and was told there was no such offer.
Coming to the end of the contract I've come to check that it wouldn't renew and I've been put on a 24 month contract.
I've been on the phone again and been told once again no I was never on a 12 month contract.
Gaslighting is TalkTAlks MO.
Go anywhere else.

Almost a month in, still waiting for my order

I don’t Usually write reviews, however I felt I needed to after the atrocious service I’ve had.

I made my order over three weeks ago and have been in contact with Myprotein twice.

The first time I had a reply but nothing was done to actually help my get my order.

The second I was told it was be resend, half the order arrived late and the other half still has not been delivered almost a month after ordering.

It’s now interfering with my training and goals. Honestly use someone else
