Part of my order (which was ordered several weeks before Christmas) is not due to arrive until way into January. I want to cancel this order as they were meant to be Christmas gifts but there is no information about how to cancel an order.

It's a scam website - they will ask for your credit card details then start charging you for 'nothing'. I had to have them blacklisted and blocked by my bank.

Hello "customer", Thank you for your feedback. On a good note, we are definitely not scammers and never have been. If you have been charged for a membership, you most likely signed up for one of our trial periods and forgot to unsubscribe. This happens a lot to some people, and we try to help as best as we can. Sadly we or Trustpilot have not received any information from you, so we assume that you are talking about another company than ours, or are not a real user to begin with.
