Our advisor Dan was very professional but also polite friendly and down to earth. He explained everything clearly and took his time too! Having not been too sure about the right cover to get Dan explained our options and found us what we were after

The gym is daunting by yourself and yet I’m still here several months later.
Yes I still have moments when I walk thru the doors look around and want to leave again but that’s my insecurities however all staff are friendly you get a hello or smile when you see them and that helps settle me a bit! I have a PT and that helps me to keep going without that I’d be more lost ok so that aside this gym has it all warmth friendly atmosphere great equipment and above all no judgement from anyone if your reading this wondering if this is for you then give it a go what have you got to loose!

Monday tea time while cooking supper I got a call from an unknown number luckily I answered it as it was the boys far Lok Lawrence of kemnay to inform me I was that nights lucky winner of £500 🥳 basically the rest is history 😂 I wasn’t expecting that and was fair chuffed to have won especially during these hard times!
