I ordered and paid for four tyres, without explanation, only two were despatched. The only way to contact them is an AI phone answering bot or a contact form, the contact form rejected the (correct) order number. Avoid this SCAM company.
It is simply unacceptable to be so short-staffed that it takes forty minutes for a phone call to be answered.

This company deliberately refuses to engage other than through a chat service which promises a reply ‘usually within 12 hours’. They’ve chosen not to bother having phone lines. They don’t provide up-to-date information about sudden, unexpected, and in the end unexplained, closures of some gyms. Those are the signs of a cash cow, not a company with any concern for its customers.

We are also sorry to hear you feel this way. As we are an online company, we do not have operating phone lines. When a gym closes, all members of this gym are sent an email explaining the closure and what options they have in regarding to alternate gyms they can visit. Sometimes this can fall into junk/spam and can be missed.
Wow. Incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate response when I made a complaint. The worst possible response in fact, and from a company which knows its reputation is trash, and had every opportunity to deal with my complaint correctly. Snap-On used to be a respected brand, but this interaction shows precisely why their brand is now utter garbage.
I spent an age creating my project and added attachments to it successfully, but when it was published, they were missing. I contacted help but they were poorly informed and unable to resolve the issue. No apology either. So, their site doesn't work and their support team don't know what they're doing. AVOID.
Appalling, a very difficult site to navigate, I made a payment which my bank informed me had happened but the site said hadn't, so I lost my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM SITE.
My tyres were due to be delivered by Tuffnells, who were totally incompetent, leading to significant delays and inconvenience. Black Circles tried to find out what was going on with delivery, couldn't get through to Tuffnells, and then never returned my calls. If you can stand the mucking about and false promises, Black Circles may flog you some cheap tyres, but the customer experince was shockingly inept.

An appalling experience with Tuffnells. Communication was impossible, the process was totally inexplicable, and when I ended up having to go to a depot to collect my items, I was met with unprompted rudeness, and then nearly given someone else's goods. This company is utterly incompetent and untrustworthy. AVOID.
Ordered from two places, as we wanted two different meals amongst us. One cancelled, saying they had no driver available. Booked with another and got mediocre food on time. The first restaurant (which accepted our order first time around) delivered cold food 40 minutes late.
Not the first time this kind of thing had happened. Lieferando make this work in Germany, but just-eat uk is a sick joke.
Having been disappointed with plates for cars before, it was with trepidation that I placed my most recent order. Yet again, they’ve let us down with appalling delivery delays.
