Ordered two tyres from website and all seemed well, email confirmation and expected delivery date. After this is where it all goes horribly wrong. Ordered 05/08/2025. One tyre turned up days after said delivery date. Now 19/08/3025 and no second tyre. Car booked in for m.o.t and failed due to tyres. Had to order two more tyres from another company. Worst service I have known.

As with all other reviews, non delivery of item. Refund requested and if no refund forthcoming will be referring to credit card company to investigate.

4 weeks later and still not arrived. Tracking says in customs and has been for 10 days ? If I had known it was coming from abroad I would not have ordered.

UK customs has been processing packages very slowly the last month. Customers are waiting 2 to 4 weeks for their package to make it through the customs process. I am sorry about this, but this is completely out of our control.

Very good service from Chancellors, Leominster branch. Maria came to see us and we were impressed with her knowledge of the current market and helped us obtain the best price for our property. Kept us informed of how the advert was performing, gained viewings quickly and sold within a week of being advertised. I would recommend and probably use them again if we were to move in the future.
