Tout simplement des escrocs avec comme mentionné sur de nombreux avis, la méthode de l'impact déjà ancien et on vous facture la franchise.
Les réparations ne sont bien entendues jamais effectuées et chaque client se fait ponctionner.
On rentabilise vite un véhicule en mauvais état avec 43000 kms au compteur.
Des personnels dont le pseudo responsable de mauvaise fois.
Bien triste pour un pays comme le Portugal avec des citoyens si serviables et aimables.
Ce genre de comportement dessert les commerçants honnêtes.

Airauto is a company with more than 30 years of experience. We have more than 20 thousand accomplished bookings per year.
The procedure of the check in and check out of our cars is always the same with all our customers.
Once the rental contract is completed, we always check the car with our customers, in their presence (even when you have full insurance) and, by signing the damage report, you agree with the damages, the kms and the fuel the car presents at that moment. As it says on your damage report, it is very important to check, and agree with all before leaving our car park.
We understand that paying for a damage it is not the best way to finish your vacation, that’s why Airauto always advices to purchase the full insurance package in order to avoid these inconveniences. Because incidents can occur easily.
