The customer service is horrible!!!! Would rate 0 stars if I could.
I booked for a show, then decided to see an earlier viewing so requested a refund (a week prior to my showing). It’s been a month now and I’m still yet to hear from/ receive a refund.
This cinema deserves to go in administration so another can take its place. Horrible horrible business.
Not to mention the crap seats and mortgage we had to take out for popcorn.

They had an okay sale on so I decided to buy a hoodie, unfortunately the listing had awful guidance on sizing, I’m typically a medium, I’ve bought a small & medium which I’ve sent both back as the product I bought should be a large. My complaint is about the less than useless return process, I either must pay for a label to be printed and stick it on myself, or travel 30 minutes to the closest Asda delivery point, this company is behind the times, if you are unsure on sizing and wanting to maybe return the product, buy it from elsewhere, returning two items has been a pain in the arse and Seven store are so unhelpful that I’m pulling my hair out

I was staying in Bethnal Green on business and wanted to work out, after searching online for free Gym passes I stumbled across Energie Fitness just up the road from me - It's a brilliant gym, great equipment, staff couldn't be more accommodating, I'm moving to East in 3 months and will be joining this gym - 5 stars!
