Friendly delivery person, however I just don't understand how this small box is classed as a big item costing £15!.. I'm only giving five stars because the delivery person was nice. Other than that I would have to give no stars because of outrageous delivery price for item which would cost around £5 with any other courier.

I've just started to shop with Sainsbury's. I've now tried in store, click and collect and delivery. I've got to say I'm very happy with each service. To be honest it was going to the Argos that then made me nip into the shop to get a few bits of shopping. I love the Aldi price match, Nectar prices and points and the different products to try. It's also nice to get the additional vouchers at the till. Shame you can't use the Sainsbury's voucher on line. That's my only gripe. Have already booked my Christmas slot... Very excited about Christmas already⛄🧑‍🎄☃️

Panjot is absolutely brilliant with my nervous Shih tzu.. He puts all his attention on her and her well being. Excellent service from the reception staff too when they had to clean up a nervous wee that she has done too. Recommend this practice. Thanks

They never knock the door. They put parcels in front of my door which opens outwards and can be seen by passers-by. Inveriably my parcels are damaged or have been partially opened. I always worry when I see you are delivering my parcels

It is very difficult to find which companies do an upgrade for additional life cover. I had to go into each company's websites to see if they offered this. I'm sure this is to be shown on the front page. It took me much more time to complete my purchase. Not sure I'll be using the site again.

First time I have tried Glasses Direct, and to be honest I thought it might be a bit of a 'punt'! I'm really glad I did though, easy to order on line. Arrived in a week. The same quality glasses as from my normal optician. The only difference is that they are literally half the price!! Will definitely recommend and use again myself. Thanks so much😃
