Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to!
There were screens that I filled in, but then couldn’t move on from. Had to spend ten minutes on hold trying to get someone to talk me through it. He just told me to decline certain boxes - but how would I know to do that without spending time trying to phone someone? Typical ID technology - doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do: you’re just expected to know how to fudge your way round it.
