First set of keys for our Bifold-Doors didn't fit but was promptly and courteusly resolved by sending a new batch of keys which fitted perfectly.
I am amazed how "Ian" could see from the photograph I took with my phone that they sent a wrong set. To me, they looked a perfect match?!
Well done and thx again, will definitely use in future!

Ordered 9pm and arrived next day! Amazing!

I called CS because my IQOS is rattling as if the battery is loose. After going through all details that it actually is still working, they said: nothing we can do for you.
I buy 4 cartons of Terea a month... the least they could do is send a replacement in case it fails. The shop owner where I bought it from, advised me to contact CS rather than buying a new one... good advice, but turns out they don't want to help.

- Phone-Number listed on the website does not exist
- Contact-Email on the website bounces back (unknown recipient)
- Tyre-Fitter locations on their Map lists locations where the businesses no longer exist.
I ordered 4 tyres (in Stock according to Website) on Friday 4th April to have delivered to a confirmed existing Tyre-Fitter, which is listed on their fitting locations. 1 Hour later I received confirmation that tyres are now handed over to the Warehouse and a change of order was no longer possible.
On Wednseday 9th April they stated that a Tyre-Fitter which I had NOT selected on my order no longer exists and if they should deliver to a location 30 miles away. I replied by stating that the Tyre-Fitter on my order DOES exist and they are mentioning a Fitter which I had never requested. The same day at 23:00 I receive an automated mail, that the tyres are now with DPD.
Friday 11th April, rinse and repeat about wanting to deliver 30 miles away. I replied and repeated the same arguments.
Tuesday 15th April I enquired regarding delivery and the response was that I can expect the tyres on 22nd April. I replied by questioning the delivery address, where I so far have not heard back.
I'm posting this negative feedback BEFORE I have even received the tyres, to spare anyone the disappointment!
Monday 14th April

Amazon Return of a Desk-Chair (so, fairly big box).
First attempt, never turned up but on the Tracker stated: Not packaged
So had to cancel the return with Amazon and re-request. Driver turns up sees the box and says: I can't take it, I'm in a car. Tracker stated: Not packaged
There is no way on the EVRI Website to rebook or complain or take any action whatsoever. Probably, due to being an Amazon return.

Booked a hire-car for 14 days in Portugal 2 months ago. Got Covid, so delaying my start of holiday by 3 days. Go to the rentalcars-booking-app to amend booking...
First, it shows that the price stays as is (no reduction for 3 days of hire)... OK. Then the summary states: £18.06 to pay?!?... OK. Fill in all the details click submit... You cannot amend this booking, please call xxxxx.
So I call, person on the phone says, I need to remove my Damage-Waiver insurance before you can amend. However, there is NO option on the App to remove Damage-Waiver. Explained this 3 times to the person on the phone... until he then mentioned, you need to go to the Website to remove the Waiver insurance.
Obviously useless app... and why do I need to remove and rebook Damage-Waiver?
Once I removed, I could amend the booking and pay the additional £18... Damage-Waiver I took on externally for £10 less for a whole year.

Very quick delivery at reasonable price. Love german products!
