Only negative is the price, wish it was more affordable, especially in this current climate.

After shopping around for a pre-funeral plan for myself and my husband we decided to go with the co-op. Although we have a local funeral parlour, we didn’t need to make an appointment as everything we needed was online (although we did get a courtesy call to make sure we had no further questions).
Easy online application and great bonus of a discount as a co-op member.
Thankfully we now have peace of mind that everything is taken care of for each of us and our kids.

Quick and fast process however my inbox has been inundated with emails about offering password resets, following up on a quote even after I purchased the policy and duplicate emails one after another saying the exact same things! I must have received about x15 emails over the process of setting things up tonight. There’s definitely something wrong with your IT/Email notifications.

Bought for Christmas so not physically tried yet (usually buy the cans, so hopefully just as good)!

Would have given 5 stars but knocked one off due to - 1. several emails after purchase highlighting goods were still in the basket (after purchase), so had to email to make sure all was ok, so rather confusing.
2. packaging could be more secure, bought x3 large bottles which arrived in a box with a piece of brown paper, so they were rattling about inside (although did have a handle with care sticker). Thankfully they arrived in one piece but could have been totally different! Perhaps an inner divider or bubble wrap would be better.

Great annual service from boxt. Great service and highly competent engineers who are very professional and respect property. Highly recommend.

Just love Dusk, the quality and fluffiness of their towels are amazing. Great quality and feel fabulous, highly recommend. I’ve bought quite a few sets over the years.

I bought x2 duvet sets including the jacquard Dorchester set in silver. Usually everything I buy from Julian Charles is of great quality however this set, although it looked great, the stitching was very cheap and poor looking, like my daughter had sewn it together! Really glad I didn’t pay the retail price of circa £120 and that I bought it on sale. Quite a disappointment.

I’ve been using provacan 1200mg oil for several years to combat feelings of anxiousness, nervousness and insomnia associated with perimenopause. It’s been a life saver and I wouldn’t be able to do my managerial role without it. Highly recommend.

Visited the store in Birmingham to buy a present for my husband. He doesn’t wear aftershave so was looking for something subtle. The assistant was very patient and I found the perfect one.

We delayed getting a new boiler for many years, but when we did we were absolutely amazed at how great and cost effective our new Bosch Worcester boiler has been. Easy to use and no more hot and cold when having a shower or tripping. Wish we’d changed over years ago!

Bought some new slippers for my mum who’s in a care home. Unfortunately the style and size I wanted wasn’t in stock so I had to choose a “second best”. A bit disappointed as they were not as wide as I was expecting as my mum has swollen feet but I do like how these types of slippers open at the side and rear to enable them to be easily put on.

I bought a Yankee candle and a wood wick one and they were both original products at much cheaper prices so we’ll definitely be using this site again.

This Cbd oil was recommended to me as I was looking for something non medical for my perimenopausal symptoms. It’s worked wonders for my insomnia and anxiety. So good I’ve bought more, just wish it was cheaper !!

I’m reasonably new to trying the plus tablets for my 10 year old beagle. She’s certainly a lot more sprightly than before. I’ve always been put off by the price and managed to try it when on special offer. Unfortunately, It’s far too overpriced for most people and further purchases will be limited, especially in her elderly years and already paying high monthly vet bills.

Bought x2 dog gift boxes and they were amazing quality and value for money the dogs loved them.

I bought these insoles as I’ve been having terrible plantar fasciatis and heel pain. I am a UK size 6 and cut them to the appropriate size using the marker guide on the underside. Unfortunately the insoles are at least one inch smaller than they should be and my toes were hanging over the outer edge, causing them to rub and would eventually result in blisters. Their marker guide is obviously completely inaccurate. I tried them in flat boots and also trainers and it was the same, so these insoles are now useless, despite paying an astounding £28!
I wrote an email to complain and ask for a replacement (so I could cut to uk size 7/8) or a refund, but no response. Terrible customer service, would never recommend this company or use them again.

Been using Viovet for years, always great service, quality and value for money.
