Love this app! It’s so easy to use and my son enjoys learning about money

I’m so dissapointed in Verisure, although the set up etc was very quick and easy, I decided the system wasn’t for me and contacted them within my 14 day period. It’s taken me almost 2 weeks now to try and cancel and arrange for someone to come and dismantle the devices in my home.

I feel as though when you want the system they call you within minutes to send someone round but when you want to cancel they continue to take your money and make it very difficult to do so. I have never had this many issues with any other companies arranging a cancellation.

I’ve been cut off 3 times, spent an hour on hold and still no one has spoken to me, I have emailed and started a live chat. I have now asked for someone to contact me and awaiting a phone call.
