Signal below par and not.confisent on this company
I must say Lebara are good at customer service, 5 out of 5 but the problem I'm having, is I've tried three Sims from three, Lebara and 02, the two that were the worst for signal was Lebara and three network, even though I asked what was wrong with the signal, as it's been over two years since the problem happened with three network, I changed networks due to that problem, change over to 02 same problem, Lebara same problem, so obviously in a busy city where I live, it isn't necessary to help potential customers use a service they pay for? When in reality I'm not paying for something that doesn't work, it's such a pity this problem hasn't been resolved, and this is a university, college area and cathedral church that is world wide known in the UK, can't get a good signal at all. I thought Lebara was going to be good when I first enquired about getting a SIM over two weeks ago. Get the SIM and I'm having issues already, I've used the SIM in two phones and they're the exact same. Videos load up but don't run smoothly to watch, very frustrating and kind of upset that three companies can't sort a mast out, 2 years later, kind of disgraceful in this day and age. Not sure why people want 5g when 4g is just perfect, 5 g just made things worse with the masts being affected. Loss of customers, kind of showing with the big three Vodafone 02 and three, they're basically have the exact same bandwidth and signal dBm. Exact same ... No real difference there, be wise in what offers you good signal and what companies want from you, they just want your money, they don't care about the infrastructure and if they do it's not for your behalf as all. They'll bend over backwards for their governing bodies and corporations. Not us the people, the paying, people. Sorry but you've lost another customer, could have been good.
