I've recently built myself a new bike for bike packing, so have researched various components and online retailers. I don't like to give a review until I have committed, or for whatever reason it has to be returned.
Some sites do not make this process ready, I don't understand why, because I never return to these sites. Biketart were grest though and made the return easy. I will be using them again if needs be.

My first thoughts when I tried them on were that they felt very comfortable, great length for me being over 6' tall, but seemed very thin. I nearly sent them back, as the feel wasn't something I was used to. Anyway, I decided they would be ideal for my future bikepacking adventures and so went for a ride in the freezing snow. Wow.. I love them. They kept the chill off and just felt great. So pleased with them and looking forward to wearing them more.

Wow.. When you think that online companies sometimes let themselves down on customer service, Sportsshoes.com prove it can be done.
I sent some shoes back for a warranty claim, which I bought this year from them. The day they were recieved Abi actually called me to discuss my options, as my particular shoe wasn't in stock in my size. She says very professional and very pleasant. She provided me with some alternatives and then the next day chased me by email to ask if I had made up my mind.

I have now got a new pair onroute to me, no hassle and no stress. Very happy.

I am so happy to have realised that I could buy my Hoya verifocal lenses online. Half the price of the opticians. They went in the postbox on Monday and were back with me Friday morning. Perfect service. Now if I can find the same service for an online vet, I can save a fortune by just sending the dog away 👍😁

I just recieved the Derby House 50g Dog Jacket. After looking at many cheap and many expensive jackets for my dog, this one looked and read to be near perfect. Wow, what a truly lovely jacket and an amazing price. I put it on my dog tonight and went out in the pouring rain. He looked great in it, no restriction of movement (he's a lively off lead hound) and when I took it off, he was bone dry. My friend commented that it looked like a racehorse coat, of course. Thank you, great site, great delivery and great product.

Well I sent a letter to complain about my purchase, but had no acknowledgement at all. The trousers I ordered were supposed to be 34" waist and 34" inside leg. What I received was labelled this way, but the trousers were about 4" too short. Why would they do this, if not to waste peoples time.
