I am rarely so impressed by a company that I feel compelled to wrote a glowing review but this company has impressed me a lot.
Not only competitive pricing but reasonable and fast shipping. Great communication throughout.
I ordered 8 645W solar panels and all the rails and brackets needed.
My panels arrived with shorter leads than I expected. I contacted the company and without hesitation they ordered me 8 sets of extension leads from an external supplier. No questions asked.
Outstanding customer service. I'd recommend this company all day long.
Parcel not delivered on time. Then not assigned for redelivery. Now who knows where my parcel is or when it will be delivered.
Customer service is awful and dealing with them has been the worst experience ive ever had. 3 times Ive wasted my time chasing them and still no response from them and still no delivery date. Avoid this company at all costs.
Ordered a ladder on 6th October for delivery. Weeks go by with no delivery despite emails saying its dispatched. Tool station had no idea what was happening so order was resent a 2nd time but again no delivery arrives. Then an email from tool station on 24th October saying "Despite our best efforts we have been unable to get your delivery back on track" Totally incompetent they have no idea how to run a company and dispatch a simple order. Wasted my time and held up a job that I needed the ladder for. Avoid this company.!

Placed 2 orders online yesterday. Recieved a text today saying one order was ready to collect. I called the Luton branch at 10am today about my other order. Guy on phone said it will arrive at 11.30. Called at 12.10pm and was told my other order had arrived and was ready to collect. Drove 40mins to go collect both orders only to be told when I arrived both orders were not there amd never was. Was told it was head office fault and text saying it was ready is automated. Staff did not care that I called them twice amd was lied too. Blatently they couldnt be bothered to check properly when I called. Asked for manager. They went out the front and I could hear the staff talking to him. The staff then returned and told me the manager was on a call to a director and was unavailable but in fact he was outside smoking with a bunch of other staff and denied being the manager when i quizzed him. Blatently couldnt be bothered to speak with me and smoking was more important. Minimum wage minimum effort. Never visited such an unprofessional business in all my life. Will never use GFS again. Stay away
Had 3 links removed from my watch in Bedford. Took the guy less than 60 seconds. Was charged £29.95.
To say this is a rip off is an understatement.
Lost a customer for life will never use a store that rips you off like this.
Stay away!!

Awful company. Advertised an item in stock. Took well over a week to inform me it wouldnt be delivered until Decemeber. Now chased for 10days for my refund only to be given a complete lie as an excuse for not refunding. Now having to complain to PayPal and my credit card company to claim back my money. Avoid this company at all costs
Missed delivery date for mothers day despite requesting a weekday delivery and ordering well im advance. Avoid this company if you want a reliable delivery.
Flowers still not recieved. Will NEVER use this company again.

We always strive to deliver our products within the estimated delivery times and we use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. However, there are certain factors outside our control which can cause delays. Please be assured that we are working hard to minimize any delays and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Sent me an item that was very different to what I was expecting. A clutch line that had totally different connectors to the one they advertised on their product page.
When I emailed then I was refused a return and refund. In fact they blamed me for buying the wrong part and lied saying returns not accepted on that particular part despite this not being communicated when purchasing.
Very rude reply from them.
Awful customer service some of the worse ive experienced.
Will never use them again
Having to complain through PayPal for my money back. Massive hassel.
Stay away from this company of you dont want the same experience as me.

The product you purchased is a custom-made braided clutch line, created in the Orange colour you selected. At no point in the product title or description does it state or suggest that this is a “Master to Slave cylinder braided line.” The product title is clearly “Braided Clutch Line,” and the description specifies its purpose while also making it clear that the image used is “for illustration purposes only.”
Your assumption that this was something other than what is explicitly described was entirely incorrect. The information provided on the product page is detailed and accurate, and we encourage all customers to read this before placing an order to avoid misunderstandings like this.
Despite your failure to check the details, we reached out to explain the situation after you were not happy with our reply. Instead of working towards a resolution, you immediately refused to engage in a constructive conversation and chose to escalate the matter through PayPal.
As this is a custom-made item, it is non-returnable under both our clearly stated refund policy and UK law, specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/contents/made). These regulations are in place to protect businesses like ours from situations where bespoke items are wrongly ordered due to customer error.
Your suggestion that we “lied” or misrepresented the product is completely unfounded. The product delivered matched your order exactly, including the specifications you chose. Unfortunately, the only issue here is that you made incorrect assumptions based on the image, despite the description explicitly stating it was for illustration purposes only.
We pride ourselves on fairness and excellent customer service, as reflected by the many 5* reviews we receive. This situation is the result of a misunderstanding caused solely by your failure to read the provided information. We stand by our transparency and the quality of our service.
3 times went to book a ski holiday. I choose accommodation takes me to choose flights etc. Spend 5-10 mins choosing flights, adding bags etc then takes me to a page saying "Checking live availability" then it says accommodation is no longer available, find another accommodation.
Blatantly advertising holidays that are impossible to book as they do not turn out to be available.
However the next day the same accommodation and holiday is back on the site being advertised and again you try to book and the same happens. Wait another day and its back.
Shouldnt be allowed to advertise holidays that allow you to go through whole booking procedure only to be told at the end the accomadation is no lomger available. When the very next day the same accomadation amd holiday is again advertised. Very fishy.
I suspect they are doing this to make people keep coming back to the site to book more expensive options.
Awful website will never use again

Having had all my blind remade as they made them all too small they lost the frames to one of my blinds. Weeks later still no frame. Its been a 2month nightmare dealing with this company ive told all my friends and family to avoid this company at all costs.

Took day off for my delivery that I paid £30 for. Driver said he didnt know where majority of my order was. It was meant to be on van but wasnt. Ordered loft boards and a few metal brackets. Gave me the metal brackets and said I had to call up to see why order was not on van. 3 calls later still no help, still no loft boards. Nightmare. Will never order from Wicks again.

Rob was amazing. Found so many snags that we would never have found. Was very detailed, methodical, didnt rush anything, even unscrewed our door handles to check the fixings. Very detailed report with ability to email questions after the survey. Thermal images/report along with drone photos of roof and guttering all at a highly competitive price. Thanks so much. Great commication leading up to the survey. I highly recommend this company.
Despatched my chairs after waiting months then emailed saying they are lost. A rude sales assistant that i spoke on the phone with didnt care and said i had to wait till June for new ones to be ordered or get a refund. We already have matching bar stools so must have the chairs to match. Shocking customer service. Awful company. Wont ever shop there again after this experience

Last minute changes to their 3 hour time slot and rude sarcastic emails from their customer service people.
Still not recieved my sofa.
The delivery company you choose has a direct effect on the service your customers recieve. Id advise you choose a better delivery company. I still need my sofa delivered too.
