The female phone operator was not helpful in dealing with my call she gave the impression that because it was a home start I was not a priority over other calls and I had to wait an unspecified time after other roadside breakdown calls had been attended, when I told her that I had an hospital appointment she was a little more polite but still she refused to give an estimated time luckily the
mechanic turned up within a short time and he was extremely helpful and very professional and the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes after his arrival

On 9 March I sent a query about the Feb energy bill requesting clarification on the gas charges on 18 March received a reply without any explanation on 23 March I send another email requesting a clear explanation to my query on 9 March but still not a reply, today I contacted Customer Service by phone and spoke to Adnan.O who was extremely helpful and professional, he explained in simple terms how the bill was calculated, and I was satisfied with his explanation, this should have been explained in the 18 March email instead of sending a stereotype reply
