Tyres haven't been dispatched for 5 days, then the order was cancelled. Disappointed and put me in a very difficult situation just before setting up a long journey

I’ve been using past nine years and everything was smooth and easy and cost effective as also using for car club in UK. I had only one claim and it was literally paid out next day.
