This company has the worst Customer Services I have ever come across. Order placed end of March and paid for by BACS. Next day order cancelled, out of stock. I doubt it was ever in stock, but that doesn't matter - just refund the customer the money back straight away. But no, 9 weeks later it has taken to get a refund. I've experienced the rudest ever Live Chat conversation. They told me they would withhold my refund for 180 days because of my threats to them - threats being, I said I would report them to Trading Standards - which I've done. This company did nothing to alleviate my concerns that perhaps I had been scammed.Not helped by reading employee reviews on the Glassdoor review site. Their own employees are saying they are under staffed. The company is in denial they have a problem - this is not fake news - my review is genuine. I have no doubt this company, with its impressive website of stock could be a good site to do business with but FGS they need to sharp up their customer services and start taking note of what these reviews are saying about them. All these reviews have the same element - orders placed, not received and a fight to get your money back. Get your phones answered promptly, put someone who understands Customer Service on your Live Chat, react positively towards your customers and you may start to get somewhere and some better reviews! As a result of my experience, will I buy from you again? Not in a life time, I couldn't cope with the stress you put me under!
Westgate are asking me to identify myself to clarify if this is a genuine review. I do not wish to give them any more information about myself or my order. The matter is closed as far as I am concerned.
